Twice in the last month important mail i sent was lost requiring me to cancel the checks and incur a bank charge. One was a large check to my CC card company. I sent it first class . After 10 days i cancelled the check and reissued it from another bank . They got payment in 2 days
Another check was sent for a cruise >I paid 9 dollars for 2 day mail . Eleven days later the cruise company still has not gotten the deposit . I cant trust USPS . From now on only FED EX for important mail . The " nice " people at the fron desk dont care . the only thing the USPS is good for is delivering junk mail we dont want

Samantha at the desk was so welcoming and provided efficient service. The wait wasn’t long at all and I was able to ask questions without feeling rushed. Also, this office was extremely neat!

First time at this post office for passport and to mail out a package. I don't understand the bad reviews. Everything went smoothly and the staff was great. Joseph helped us through the passport process with ease. I noticed the customers all around us were rude and had no idea how to treat these workers with respect. The things they were saying were ridiculous. Felt terrible for the staff to have to put up with these horrible people. We had a great experience with staff.

Haven’t received mail on Harrison Avenue in over a week! I guess if the delivery person is on vacation, your mail is too!

Thank you for your service, above and beyond, shout out to Ryan!!!! Found my wallet I dropped in my driveway and placed it in my mailbox with mail. I cannot thank him enough as all my ID was in there. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Staff is friendly! Staff is also helpful, I really like this post office it's probably been one of the best postal experiences I have had besides in my hometown in Louisiana. Delmar's post office is awesome!!!!

Usually go to a different branch and this has never been an issue .I had a priority envelope and a printed out prepaid label.The woman said - we do not provide tape and sent me on my way .My regular post office would always provide shipping supplies and tape on the label with no issue .Avoiding this location in the futureP.s:went down the road to a Glenmont locations - and they provided tape with a smile and a positive attitude

My partner and I came here to get our passports and received very good service from Sam and joe! They were very friendly and fun people to work with especially with doing all the paper work for the passports.
