The staff are very knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and helpful. They help customers find what they need quickly without pressure. The store has most things a homeowner would need, avoiding the need for big box stores. The stock is nicely organized into sections with many different items. The owners embody a community-first mentality, selflessly supporting local causes and growing the next generation of leaders.
A great hardware store that has EVERYTHING, and the staff are attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Such a pleasure going here. Big box stored are a hassle and not any cheaper.

They have everything you need. You can avoid the big box stores by hitting up Phillips hardware. Very knowledgeable staff will help you find just what you need and not pressure you to buy something you don’t. Another great asset to the Delmar community.
