Faced with liquidating a home for a family member I turned to Michelle at Organize Senior Movers. Michelle and her staff were able to empty the home and have it ready for real estate closing in 30 days. They were both efficient and compassionate during a difficult time. I would highly recommend Organize Senior Movers.

OSM was amazing from start to finish. Everyone from the owner to project manager to packers and movers were so professional, helpful, kind and patient. I truly could not have pulled off this move for my mom without them. I cannot say enough about them! I highly, highly recommend!

OSM helped my mom sort, downsize, and move this spring/summer. My mom has not moved often in her adult life, and lived in her last home for more than a decade, so as you might imagine this move was a somewhat overwhelming prospect. Johanna, Lori, and others from the team that worked with her were patient and understanding, and at the same time practical and efficient, helping her sort through many decades of memories and determine what to keep, what to give to family, and what to donate. Overall they made the project go from daunting to even, I think, a bit fun. Meanwhile Martina and Michelle always responded quickly to any logistical or administrative questions we had. The move would have been far more difficult without OSM helping, and I will be forever grateful to them.

I have used the services of OSM three times. Once for myself and two other family members. Each time Michelle and her staff were friendly, efficient, organized and took the stress out of the move. They took great care of our belongings and once the new home was unpacked it looked beautiful and you would have thought we had been living there for months. Highly recommend them.

This is the Third time I have worked with Michelle, and her team, and I would unequivocally recommend Organize Senior Moves, 100%.
The team is there to help downsize, declutter, pack, unpack, hang pictures, and artwork. They were professional, caring, efficient, and hard working.
Michelle and her team made a very difficult situation less stressful.

OSM offers a fantastic service for seniors. They are efficient, timely, and the workers are lovely to work with. I thought the expenses were fair. This was probably the easiest move I’ve ever made. Would recommend their services.

This is by far one of the best organizations that I came across. The team goes out of their way for their clients. Treats them like family and it melts my heart. They go out of their way for their clients. To make sure they have the best treatment and care when they are moving into another home. Michelle is an absolute angel and I couldn’t be more blessed to know her and her team. It pleases me we have such amazing people in our community going above and beyond for others.

Michelle came to my sisters apartment to give us ideas on how to sort through her things. It was a very difficult time for my brother and myself. My sister was only 64 and he found her dead.

I worked with OSM to move my mother out of her house into a retirement home. I again worked with them to clean out the house, get realtors in, and organize a number of logistics to prepare for sale. They were extremely helpful and attentive throughout. Since I'm located in another state, it was very helpful to have such a careful and responsive team on the ground to oversee this process in the Albany area.

Organize Senior Moves took care of my move from my home of 40 years to a Senior living facility, and in doing so they saved me so much worry and effort. They were efficient, friendly and went out of their way to help me make a difficult transition. At a time like this there is so much to worry about that having this part of the process taken care of so well was a godsend. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and recommend them to any senior contemplating downsizing and/or moving.

my mother had to move to an Alzheimer facility. They recommended Senior Moves. Since I'm in Boston, I communicated with Michelle over the phone numerous times. Everything she described sounded perfect. They would separate mom's stuff in piles of keep, sell, donate, toss. I think we should've had someone (other than an elderly neighbor) there when they were doing it because my niece went to check on the house and retrieve the keep and sell piles. A full cupboard of very nice wine glasses was gone instead of being in the sell pile. Ditto for the fine china and heirloom flatware. A lot of valuable items were nowhere to be found. I guess when you agree to a 'donate' pile, you are donating the good stuff to the OSM staff to pillage. An item actually showed up on FB Marketplace a few weeks later. I was also told that they would leave the house spotless. It was a mess. My son and two nieces ended up cleaning the place.
