Whenever I call with a question I get great service. However I am dissapointed that they sold their life insurance policies to another company without letting me know. Plus my life insurance has an expiration date which I never knew therefore I had to cash it in or lose it. I got this out in my early 20s and now at my age thankfully my job has life insurance as I would of been messed up. So dissapointed that Allstate did not explain or communicate with me.

Julius lanniello is a very good professional person he finds time to talk with you about your insurance needs he returns your call he takes your calls and he is always there when you need him even during weekends I surely feel secure with Mr Julius.
