“I am a Real Estate Investor and hired Maria Malm to sell two of my single-family homes after a few successful, local brokerages with very strong sales records were unable to do the job. After Maria's initial walkthrough of my home, she offered great ideas to stage it since the home had an old-fashioned layout.
