I usually file my own taxes. This year I figured I would use a “professional” as I had some new questions and needed to file a previous year as well.The experience was less than helpful. They ensured very little confidence that my taxes were done correctly. Staff seemed to struggle and question their way through the filing process.Additionally, I sat in a cubicle and listened to another staff behind me huff and puff and complain when she had to take phone calls. She had a 30 min conversation about her personal life and no one wants to hear your negativity. Overall it was a pretty negative experience and I will never use thier service again.2 stars because the lady I worked with was a genuinely nice person.

I’ve been waiting for my taxes to be completed since Thursday last week. Everyday it’s I need a new form , on top of that I’ve been told Nick would call me back and he never returns my calls. It’s as if the man’s clueless on what he’s doing , this is considered an expert and professional!??? This tax return has been the worst with this expert and H & R Block , I don’t know how my significant other convinced me to file with them. HORRIBLE, to make it even more complicated their electronic system was glitching the entire time I sat there with my significant other and two children. They don’t even offer a broken crayon or paper .

I walked in with a question about the online app because I was under the impression I messed up my taxes on the app and the guy swooped in helped me and out of no where I had to pay 159$ on a 179$ tax return when I had absolutely no clue I was going to be paying anything when walking in the building he did not let me know at all I was going to be paying for his help he wasn’t even knowledgeable on my tax situation and why I didn’t get a bigger refund
