Terrible. Waited over an hour and 20 minutes after being told 25 minutes for a NYS inspection. Maybe if the employees could put their phones down for 2 minutes work might get done a lot faster. Guy told me all I needed was an optional differential fluid change so I said ok. Upon checking out he wouldn’t pass my inspection unless I replaced the wiper blades too.(which were done 2 months ago)! Is anyone honest anymore?

I have been going to this car wash for many years, and although their drying system is very poor, I continue to go. About a few months ago, I observed that I was getting scuffs and scratches, I had my car compounded and brought it to the attention of one of the staff on July 4, 2024. I showed him I had no marks before driving through the car wash, he brought it to the attention of the manager who responded "we have multiple vehicles coming through here every day, what is so special about her car, she got those scratches somewhere else". I drove through the car wash & when I got out low & and behold, my car was screwed up again. The staff & the manager came over & showed them, the staff agreed that I didn't have those scratches before I drove through however the manager went on to berate me & telling me I got that somewhere else. This guy was so rude, unprofessional & disrespectful, because of him I will take my business elsewhere.

Been going to this carwash for over 5 years now. Usually 3-4 times a week. However I have been starting to go other locations. The employees here never smile and always look like they hate you for just pulling in. All of them use the least amount of effort possible, like when you're entering the car wash they just wave around the sprayer not really caring. Probably my biggest complaint here is the employees acting like they don't want you there and are not happy you got a car wash today. Other then that you can get your car washed here, but don't expect outstanding service.

Watch what the screen says before you enter the wash bay. Caught them multiple times entering the ultimate when i pay for the signature monthly service. On-site management had 2 different excuses while corporate blamed the employees. Have pictures of this being the case multiple times. Corporates disposition of the events was to cancel my membership. Going see if the local T.V stations are interested. Also filing a complaint with the A.G office. Stay tuned

Most Hoffman's Carwash's are great. This one washes great, but drying, not so much. Always major waterspots and runs. Needs improvement.

The carwash equipment is modern and new. The staff here is very friendly and will help you in any way you need. This is not a touch less, this carwash uses brushes and and cloth rollers on your vehicle. The line is usually pretty long on a nice day but it goes quickly. The carwash machine is fast and the workers get everyone through without any issues. Your vehicle goes through a lot of rollers and spraying stations. It does a really nice job getting the car nice and clean.

Good wash with updated, clean equipment. The use of sign paddles was a great idea and makes following directions of the attendants much easier.
