“Verizon was charging me for a bill I should have never been charged for. I refused to pay it. I spent several hours in total trying to handle this chatting with the live reps online and with calling Verizon on the phone. They refused to help me. I finally was able to make it to this store location and spoke with Shakira the manager and told her my situation. She was able to resolve the situation for me by reducing my bill to $0. She was going back and forth on the phone with verizon and stayed an hour after closing time so that I didnt have to deal with this any longer. Thank you Shakira”

“I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years and have never regretted it. I dropped by here yesterday to get a new sim card. I was helped by a wonderful young man, Marco. He knew his business, was informative, knowledgeable and friendly. Unlike some places I've been, he made me feel welcome while he replaced my sim card and checked to make sure it worked. “The gal who rang me up at checkout really wasn't the most congenial person and I don't know it just made me feel uncomfortable checking out and she was wasn't that friendly acting or smiley and kind of agitated acting. As opposed to when I went to Hannaford the checkout person was very friendly and smiley I mean nice smile and seemed very pleasant big difference!”

“I’ve been renting from Aaron’s for 11 months now. So far rented a washer and dryer, a dishwasher and a ps5. The process to rent is so smooth and easy. Every employee here I have interacted with has been extremely polite and made the experience more joyful. Thankfully I have been able to pay my bill on time and early since starting with them so I can’t say how they are when you’re late on payments yet but so far my experience has been great. I look forward to continuing renting from this Aaron’s.”
“The store is excellent and the representatives are very knowledgeable except I really wish they would answer their main line. I wish to speak with two of the reps and never know if they're working. For one week I've tried to contact them and the phone just disconnects. I got a bad phone it's not crickets problem it's Motorola's. They are mass made production wise and sometimes it happens but I can never get there because I only want these two reps so I'm pretty unhappy about that”
