This place is hit or miss. I put in an order over an hour before I wanted to pick it up to be picked up at a certain time. Went in to get it at the time I wanted it to be ready and found they were just putting it in the oven. My son was so hungry after sports and music practice and then we had to sit and wait for it to cook.

Ordered delivery and it took 3 hours to arrive. Called 3 times, and the last time I called was told “ETA is 3 hours for delivery” and was hung up on. When the order finally got to my door, food was disgustingly cold. I will never order from this Dominos ever again. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

I overheard the employees using foul language while I was waiting for my pizza which is unprofessional, I ordered 2 thin crust large pizzas but I overheard them saying the bread was moldy so they were going to give us 4 medium regular pizzas instead. Which isn’t what I ordered.

Ordered 2 pizzas. Delaware Ave Delmar nyDefinitely the best and I mean best pizzas we have had from anywhere in a very long timeAlso called store and told them same thing who ever was cooking or making pizza today I hope you stay and keep up the good work thank you

Called the 439 number to order, got outsourced to a call center outside of the US. Order was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived on time and my order wasn't even in the oven yet.*edit:Pepperoni cheese stuffed cheesy bread was awesome!It's still ridiculous to outsource my order. Boooo.

Took 45 mins they didnt start making our pizza till after we showed up and paid. We showed up 35 mins after ordering.Parking: Worst dominos in the area

Called four times asking where my pizza was, each time it’s on its way, just left, be right there. The last call we tried to deliver at a time before any of the calls. This was over three hours.

The one on New Scotland in Albany is better. The food at this one is good, but not as good as the other one. They also have terrible customer service. I went in to pick up my order and forgot to check the app before I went in. The staff there didn't even acknowledge I was there. I was even standing at the front register they use and no one even said hi or anything. Finally the delivery driver came back and asked what my order was, pretty sure that's not his job. They were behind and I didn't mind because I know staff shortages are happening everywhere, but at least recognize a person is there. Waited outside and finally checked my app to make sure it said ready before going back in. They didn't say anything to me again, and the delivery came back and gave me my food. Imagine if he's on a delivery for 20 minutes, do we just wait for him to get back? If your policy is have delivery do the in person customers too , it's a terrible one. I take my food to the car and realized a pizza is missing, so I go back in and talk to delivery driver. He then had to get the person making the pizzas to find the one I'm missing. Didn't even realize until I got home they gave me an extra side order, most likely but accident. If you have a car, go to the one in Albany, they a way nicer and easy something to you when you walk in everytime.Parking: The lot only holds 6 cars and they share it with another business. Sometimes you have to park and block another car.

Online app took my order and they cancelled without notifying me. Got there and the place is closed at 10. They should update the app to reflect their actual hours.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Don't bother ordering after 10PM, even though their website says they are open until 12-1am. They will cancel your order and not even bother to call you. You won't find out until you show up at the store, or happen to look at the online tracker. They have been closing at 10 pm due to "staff shortages" for the last YEAR, so they say. How on earth are you short staffed for an ENTIRE YEAR!

I was walking in and literally a cockroach was the one holding the door for me..... once I got inside there was a overwhelming smell of smoke coming from inside the store seemed like the employees where smoking in the back. I do not recommend anyone going there. Staff was rude, and inpatient with me
