The hannaford plaza dollar tree in Delmar is the most disgusting store I have ever stepped foot in.

Store is dirty, unorganized, short staff and just a all-around mess, I have bought so many things that have been damaged, dried up. Expired, etc and there no return policy is ridiculous. They sold it ,pretending it's fine and it's not then some $9.00 a hrs employer parrots the policy no refunds, I am reporting to consumers affairs and better business bureau, it's time they are held accountable for their policy. This has happened. More times then I care to count and to way to many people, then they refuse to give a email or phone number to next in charge, I'm done.

My cashier was extra friendly. Store must have a small back room. This trip, the store was in better shape then pervious visits.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. I find lots of handy items and also decorations for most of the holidays year round.

This store is the most filthy, disgusting, messy store I have ever been in. Went with a friend and I just couldn't believe this slovenly mess was even open to the public. Every aisle had filthy, stained carpet; every shelf had things thrown about, on the shelves and on the floor. I just couldn't believe my eyes. As one reviewer replied, it was "average messy"; what I saw was not average. It looks like about 200 children ran through the store and just tore things off the shelves and kicked things all over the floor. Just don't go there.

My 6 y/o had $13 and asked if she could spend it somewhere...what better place for a young lady with money burning a hole in her pocket, than the dollar store?? She chose 10 items, and insisted on paying herself. The cashier was super patient, as she lined her $1 bills across the counter...(misinterpreting my instructions to "count out $11)...every kid's first experiences with shopping should happen here?
