The pharmacy may be the slowest place on Earth. I’ve been on lots of lines in lots of places, I’m what you might consider a drive thru connoisseur - but the CVS in Delmar is by far the worst and slowest place a person could ever experience. If you have hours to kill, come by and hang out. Pretty sure this is where hopes and dreams go to die.

I am a regular customer at this CVS 24-hour location, but I’ve had a negative experience with two employees working the night shift. One is a chubby white woman, and the other is an older white woman. I’m not sure if their behavior is because I’m a person of color, but I’ve noticed that they treat me with a lack of kindness and respect, unlike how they treat other customers. Despite always being polite and respectful, they consistently display a rude attitude and dismissive tone when I ask questions or inquire about products.
I used to enjoy coming here because the pharmacy staff is some of the nicest I’ve encountered. However, I now dread coming to this store because of the negative interactions with these two employees. I’ve even overheard other customers at the self-checkout complain about them as well. I believe management should address the need for better customer service, especially when it comes to treating all customers with kindness, regardless of their background.
No customer should feel uncomfortable or unwelcome when shopping. I’m not asking for these employees to lose their jobs, but I do hope for some improvement in their attitudes. As a customer, I shouldn’t feel this way, especially as a person of color. I hope my experience is taken seriously, and I hope changes are made to create a more welcoming environment for everyone.

It is conveniently located and always well stocked. The Rx drive-through is a welcome convenience. The staff members here are always professional and efficient. Highly recommended.

The cvs pharmacy is great. However the drive thru takes way too long. People who have difficult transactions that take 10-15 minutes to process should go inside. It is not fair to the people waiting in line who have quick and easy transactions.

The store overall is great for the items you need. The pharmacy is always slow, seems they only have 1 person for doing checkout when you have 4 or more people in line (9) and 3 or 4 pharmacist filling orders are they not educated on the registers ?
