I highly recommend Curtis for the local DIYer. The customer service was fantastic and happy to help. Karl helped every step of the way with every question I had. Estimates for materials were spot on, and any defects in materials were quickly remedied.

Needed siding to finish a project on our home and had reached out to Lowe's originally. After about 2 months of them saying they "just haven't heard back from the vendor" or just straight up not returning my phone calls, I reached out to Curtis lumber. Karl got me the answers I needed within 24 hours and was timely, professional, and easy to work with. He definitely turned this experience around for us. The gentleman who delivered our siding was also great, polite and efficient. I would highly recommend curtis lumber for any of your house project needs in the future. 10/10 for customer service☺️ Thank you!

We ordered a new quartz kitchen sink countertop through Kaitlyn at the Delmar Store. The countertop was delivered and installed on Monday. At that time the workers drilled 4 holes for the Moen faucet set we picked out.Our plumber came this morning and the threaded H&C studs on the faucet set were only 2” long, too short for the 1 1/4” countertop and 3/4” thick nut to be able to connect the water feed hoses. I called Moen customer service who said they couldn’t do anything and had no advice. In a panic we called Kaitlyn at the Delmar store who worked through Moen professional service and came up with an extension available to make it work with the thicker countertops. She even drove it out to our house and the plumber was able to make it work. Kaitlyn saved the day with her efforts, thanks for the excellent customer service!

I've purchased over 15 custom doors for our home renovation from Curtis lumbar. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is great. I had a mix-up on one of our last orders and Amile stepped up and remedied the issue to my satisfaction although it was the vendor's fault- not curtis lumbar. Thank you!!

I think you need a new forklift operator! 2 weeks to finish a job because you damaged the first set of ceiling tile,so I ordered and paid for another box at 160.00 +$ guess what ya damaged them also. I like how you all act like well it's not my fault apologi goes a long ways but please don't apologize now, get better handling people's merch they buy from your place of WORK! You know my time has value also.

I decided to replace my interior 6 panel masonite doors with 2 panel solid core doors. Chris was extremely helpful in the process. I was able to buy the slab solid doors, bored for the lockset and hinge ready for installation. I was able to finish the project completely on my own. I can not say enough for this Curtis Lumber location!!!

I arranged for some lumber for a set of custom built bilco-like doors. The man at the counter was very nice and helpful. He helped me decide on the best type of wood, width, etc. (that's why two stars, not one). I paid for the lumber, sight unseen, to be picked up by the workman who was going to construct the doors. I just learned that the workman complained about the condition of the wood when he picked it up, but the Curtis person he dealt with was very rude and told him to go someplace else if he wasn't happy with it. I wish he had. Instead, he accepted it and dropped it off without saying anything. I started to paint the wood and noticed it's condition right in the middle of the job. Given his tight time schedule, it was impossible to return the wood at that point. This issue could have been avoided if my workman had rejected the wood. But I'm writing this review because I had trusted that Curtis would give us good quality boards in the first place. So my recommendation is to check your wood thoroughly before bringing it home ... don't assume anything.

Worked with Emile on a deck design over the winter. Due to some unforeseen circumstances we had to modify the design a few times. Each end every time Emile and staff were professional and courteous. I could not speak more highly of the team at Curtis Lumber.
