No wait time. Representative answered my question that 3 calls with 3 different representatives at the phone number the online system told me to call couldn't figure out. She also showed me a short cut to delete multiple selected missed, spam and voice mail messages.

Came into see about upgrading after putting it off. Shawn was pleasant kind and understanding. Got us the best deal and even explained the home internet. Highly recommend Shawn and the Delhi location.

Shawn was very clear on the different plans. He made sure all the data from old phones was tranfered over. He took time to answer our questions of the newer models. We'll be using Shawn as our Verizon rep in the future.

Krystal at this Verizon store was incredible. I had spent literally 6 hours on the phone with Verizon support over 2 days, with escalating support levels when they eventually gave up and told me to go to a Verizon store. I was skeptical but Krystal saw the mess they had made of my esim card and fixed it in less than 9 minutes! She was so skilled and professional and nice! Can’t say enough about how grateful I am!

I had a wonderful experience at Russell Cellular in Delhi, N.Y. I had been in there last year but this was like walking into a new store. I was pleasantly greeted and helped. I so appreciate all the assistance from Rachel with setting up my new cell phone. I would have been lost. Crystal was also pleasant and helpful. I love that I can purchase a cell phone and if I have difficulties I can stop back in. Last year the old manager, I believe Beth, could be very up and down with moods Couple times I was worried she was actually on something. That’s not enjoyable and helpful! It was nice to talk with Rachel and Crystal while my cell was being set up and not being lectured about the conversation rate. These girls had me smiling and laughing more than once!. I don’t know how many times the other manager would be sitting in there with the door locked and unless I was actively buying something she’d help me outside. Seeing a new manager, again so thankful Rachel, was a huge relief. I’ll definitely be back! Keep up the good work!
