11/15/231:15pmJust Had The Worst Experience With The Price Chopper Front End/Cashier Manager.Waved And Made Eye Contact ,Asked For Help From A Price Chopper Employee. She Had A Price Chopper Name Tag On, So That Means She Works For Price Chopper. At That Time No Other Employees Around. She Refused To Help Me, Didn't Say Why ......She Was 5 Steps From The Self Serve Checkout Register And Could Have Helped Me.Eventually Another Employee Came Along AndHelped Me. I Asked The Employee Who The Person Was That Didn't Want To Help Me.He/She Told Me That Was The Manager Of TheFront End. Told Him She Would Not Help Me.He Said He Was Not Surprised And Apologized.Customer Service Is A PRIORITY No MatterWhat Department In Price Chopper You Work In.Also, She Is A Manager, She Should Know This Fact. The Manager Ignored And Refused To Help Me.She Needs To Be Reeducated That CUSTOMERSERVICE Is A PRIORITY......I Know Mr. Golub, He Is In Schenectady, His Office Will Be Contacted.

Terrible service I went there last week and had an issue with an employee I asked to speak to a manager and was told NO manager was working they all went home I tired calling a few times and once transferred was on the line for 10 minutes with a reply a manager wasn't in what kind of place does not have someone there open to close for customer service this is very poor serviceThis has happened multiple times in the last month will not go there again plus the employees eating food while making food for customers gross I would give 0 stars if I could

Just went to price chopper today and purchased coconuts will never be buying coconuts again my daughter drank the juice like she always does first and said it tasted gross we crack it open and the entire thing is rotten !! I really hope she doesn't get sick from this I tried calling the Delhi store and it just kept ringing so upset right now !! Look at all that mold !!

i love Price Chopper. but..one person i just read went to Delhi Price Chopper yesterday and put on fb thst apac had absolutely no milk...no meat..no cream cheese...no sour cream....is this true no milk or meat??? Happy Nee Year...!

I have purchased fresh baked large sheet cakes for past few years, for my family reunion and for a family birthday…..the cakes are made to order ..I’ve gotten raspberry filling, with butter cream frosting, and other fillings, as well, with the less sweet whipped frosting…they decorate the cakes beautifully….everyone always comments how delicious they are are and about the moistness of the cake itself…i will definitely order my cakes from then in the future……Well done, Delhi Price Chopper Bakery Dept! Thank you!!
