“Arriving at the pharmacy with our 3 year-old daughter and her mother (who had an 11:00 AM appointment for a vaccination) I casually asked the clearly overworked pharmacy technician if it might be possible if I also received mine (for which my appointment was not until 1:00 PM). The pharmacist did not miss a beat; she told me it would be no problem as she busily filled what is no doubt a never-ending influx of prescriptions. The entire staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly; no small task for this group of all-too-often under appreciated and overworked, yet CRITICAL, part of the healthcare industry.
