This place is okay. It could be better. The only amazing this there was the customer service! Any problem I came across the boy at the counter helped me out. Shane made sure that my food was correct and I thank him for that.

Ever since the original staff was fired, this place has gone downhill. The food isn't the same, the snack selection has plummeted, and it seems like the staff is fired monthly, and new employees are shoveled in. There's no connection with the regular customers. And those are only a few of many reasons why locals avoid this store.

URGENT!! The people who own this store (more specifically the CORPORATE OWNERS) are very inconsiderate people. The poor people working there can't wear masks? In a time of pandemic? Those poor workers are horrified, and they can not protect themselves? Because the cooperate office thinks it will make customers "not come there" or "feel uncomfortable"?????? Very horrible way to run a business and show your employees they matter. ?????

Consistently closes 10 to 15 mins early, though online hours state they're open until 10. This is my third time having this issue - once had an employee just shrug at me at quarter to & keep counting her drawer. Will no longer be visiting this station even though I'm a local. Adjust your online hours, or adhere to them please. Side note - There's a 7/11 about 5 mins down the road in Yorkshire that's open 24/7 & they mean it if you need gas late. Staff is sweet too. Do not count on Crosby's.

Bathroom disgustingly dirty. Sign says cleaned 4 times a day last cleaned June 28, this is the 4th of July. Went to counter to ask to have it cleaned and the girl told me she can’t she’s the only one there. When I told her about the sign, she said “oh, we only do that when the district manager is there”! Really fail!
