Been here twice and have to say the customer service has been impeccable. They are really nice - even as a line forms because there's a rush, they are courteous and trying to be as efficient as possible. When it was indeed my turn - they gave a bunch of options and walked me through how to accomplish what I wanted. Again- this review is to thank the great people who work at this store.

I was in the area and ran in to print a few things up since it was convenient. Rogerio was the agent behind the desk and made everything so simple and delivered such outstanding service that I will ABSOLUTELY travel out of my way from UWS to THIS location specifically to deal with him. He answered my questions. Was patient and understanding and went above and beyond his job duties. He was kind and attentive, pleasant and calm. He multitasked and handled other customers with the same respect and level of service without making me feel forgotten or excluded. 10/10 will be back. This man needs a RAISE!!!

Nice, friendly staff but super slow service. If there is even one or two people in line expect to wait 10 - 15 minutes. Sometimes I luck out and there's no one here and it's an easy in and out (either to quickly print something or drop off a package). Note that if your package is pre-paid and pre-labeled you can just drop it off and skip waiting in line.

BUYER BEWARE: do not go here for your passport photos. They will be rejected by the US Government and after paying $16 + change, you will be out of luck (and $16) because Kinkos at 7th Ave and 24th St will not honor the transaction -- either by refunding you or giving you a 2nd set of photos gratis. Go to CVS. They run photos through a little diagnostic to make sure the Gov will accept them. Then they give you a special receipt to bring back for a second set on the off chance the first one gets rejected.

Serge was friendly and helpful, and understood my misgivings about printing sensitive documents using the self-serve facility ($0.14 + tax per black-and-white print; color is $0.65 + tax). In particular, I was concerned about putting my docs onto a USB hard drive and then using that drive on a shared computer. However, their document workstations have a separate reader for USB drives that's built right into the little terminal that takes your payment card and that you use to specify which pages to print, etc. You can also log into various cloud-based services from that terminal: the ones I remember include Microsoft OneDrive and Google Drive. When I encountered errors with my print jobs, Serge was great about explaining to me how he would credit me for the errors at the end of my print session. When we got to that point, he did a meticulous job in completing the crediting process and showing me how he had done it. It did take about 45 minutes to print ~30 pages but part of that was time eaten up by the errors which I blame on the IRS and the NYS tax forms I was printing out!

At some point, some driver had pushed a FedEx Ground envelope under my door (I was in the process of moving into a brand new apartment; so presumably it had been a couple weeks since I was last in the apartment, during which this envelope was just MIA). I could tell from a glance with the naked eye that original delivery person had read the address wrong - should clearly have been a "4" instead of a "1" or some such nonsense - so I up and took this package back to the store. Upon my arrival at the store, the harassed, weedy-looking clerk behind the counter barely glanced at my envelope, saying, in response to my explanation: "The driver is up the street just a couple blocks from here. *You should be able to find him, if you walk uptown.*" Now, it's a sign of the kind of good citizen I am, that I actually attempted to follow this harebrained directive. It was a hot summer day; and it was not an enjoyable experience. (I've also had the experience before in an office building, of trying to find a driver who is roaming about "somewhere in the building"; it was ridiculous.) After a few more seconds of waiting, I finally came to my senses and tossed the envelope through the passenger side window, with no idea what happened to it after that. So, kids, if your FedEx package says "delivered", and yet you are pulling your hair out trying to figure out what happened to it, it's eminently possible that it was "delivered" by poking it underneath some stranger's door. The second time this happened (yes, it happened again), I googled the return address on the envelope and it was headquarters for Chase Bank; upon opening it, it turned out to be some lady's Costco Visa. This package I made sure to return to a different FedEx, and likewise made certain to tell them the story of the Chelsea clerk who wanted me to run down the street doing HIS job searching for the driver. If the clerk wants to guarantee that nobody ever asks him or this FedEx outpost to do any work again, I'll happily oblige by staying far, far away from it.

This fedex is clean and organized. The staff seem to be kind of slow and taking their time. I used their printing service they their self-service computer and it was pretty quick if you use google docs.
