I have been to this location twice, the front desk receptionist is extremely rude. There is no sense of professionalism in that individual, she snatched the the ipad out of another patients hand when the poor elderly gentleman could under how to answer a question. The technicians have no patience at all and were very rude to my mom and dad. Please don’t go here.

My mother 91 years old weak and frail for chest xray .i request to use their wheelchair at the receptionist twice and ignore my request .I ask again the technician and did not bother either . I assist my mother all the procedure who was slight short of breath and to walk from the car to the xray .I recommend that the staff can be compassionate and ready to give the needs of the patient

Lady up front is rude and disrespectful i showed up 5 minutes late and she throws a whole attitude. You dont like your job quit be nice and respectful to patients simple and easy

horrible, i tried calling 3 days in advance and either no one answered and i heard music for 20 minutes at a time or i was put on hold and then disconnected.

They wanted us to call and schedule appointment. Put on hold for 14 minutes then hung up on. Called back put on hold again with scheduling and gave up!

Very sad to say but if this is the way you are treating your employees I will no longer be a patient to your facility no reason for you to be mandating your employees or lose their job so now you lose a patient

Terrible organization. They treat their employees like animals. "Carrot and stick" approach. So many better choices for diagnostic testing. If I could leave 0 stars, I would!

I first made my appointment and happened to call back only to find out that the appointment was not entered in their system. The lady I spoke with was extremely helpful. I went to Deer Park location and did the MRI on Tuesday morning and was told that I would have the result the latest Friday. Today is Friday afternoon and the result is still not ready. I called and explained that I have an appointment with my surgeon on Monday and she was not helpful. I was told to have my doctor to call to expedite it. Why after 3 days the result is not ready? Even with the information that I have an appointment with a surgeon. I will never go back to this place!!!! No care for their customers.

I went to West Islip location, the staff and service deserve 5 stars, but trying to get results, 1 star the most. Results are taking forever. Next time I'll be using Northwell health imaging. Got results the same day from them.If you like getting aggravated and waiting forever for results, I recommend Zwanger.

The lady at the front desk is extremely rude unprofessional and made me feel horrible she didn't help and I ended going to the one in Amityville where they were very helpful

Spoke with Rosa on the phone was pleasant to talk to but unfortunately did not have a lot information I had a clear prescription for a ultrasound told me to go get another script wherein I just came from the doctor and had printed out script of to be completed this is not the 1st time I had issues with this company they look to make money not to take care of patients

Zwanger keeps calling me to make an appointment for my mother’s test, I made an appointment for MRI of her right knee and the person I spoke to even took the approval number from insurance company, when I get to Zwanger Deer Park location, they made me fill out questionairs from the Ipad, then when they called my mother for the MRI test they said it can’t be done because the approval is not authorized for this location. How come nobody calls me to cancel this appointment and then they made me fill out the questionaires, isn’t that a waste of my time? The girl at front desk said ‘I don’t know I don’t make the appointmwent’. Does Zwanger Pesiri staff just don’t communicate? I called the number at Zwanger and the woman ai spoke to was very nice though. But the staff at Deer Park not sure why it was done this way. They wasted my time. I left Deer Park location without the test done. The two front desk staff seem unhappy too they don’t even smile or greet patients/family. I guess they were trained to do that.?

Having an MRI of your brain is a difficult experience at any time. Tiana the Radiology Tech @ the Deer Park location made an awful experience most tolerable. She thoroughly explained the process n should be commended for her professionalism ! Thank you Tiana you are truly the hero of the day!

I had a nice and welcoming technician. She answered all questions I had and shared some knowledge from her experience. I didn't get her name unfortunately. It was a pleasant experience.
