Currently standing in this CVS pharmacy waiting for my prescription and dealing with the most unfriendly, nonchalant, inattentive, miserable staff I've ever met. Everyone looks like they hate their job and don't wanna help. Pharmacist is talking about me as if I don't hear her or I'm incompetent.

This Walgreens was terrible its getting a little better however all the pharmacy team go on lunch at the same time that shouldn't be, lunch schedule must be staggered

Very nasty people who work behind the counter. Mother went in to ask a question about a prescription that was given to my grandparents that was in Spanish and they instantly threw the box back at my mother saying "we don't have that" without even looking to see that online it is something that is needed to be prescribed. A simple Google search would have shown that quickly.

Hours of Operation makes them better than CVS. Plus all medications are mostly available. Staffs are friendly and courteous. Sometimes waiting due too many customers at peak time. Overall very satisfied.

This is probably the longest I've ever had to wait on anything in a Walgreens, especially since I wasn't even on the line at this point. Only two people were even remotely helpful but the two young girls they had there, need to be retrained because I've been in customer service like 10 years and they were not it. They had the only lady ringing by herself for a good minute before anyone really helped her, a gentleman and what looked like his grandson were there before me and barely got assistance and when he did it still wasn't great. When one of the girls came after the other one the time was off and I'm like ????? . Between the two of them had nothing to actually communicate like I'm sorry I don't know how to do this or that or let me get you some help. If you can avoid this place please do

I went in today for simple over the counter allergy medication but of course everything but the Walgreens brand was locked up. I asked a woman who was in the same aisle as me if she worked at Walgreens. She replied yes so I said can you unlock a medication for me. Her replied without evening making eye contact was yes in a few minutes. Like wow you are standing right next to me and it is going to take you a few minutes. So I replied never mind and purchased the Walgreens brand. I go on lone which is long and is only 1 cashier. Of course right as I am the next on line the same woman who turn out to be the manager rings me up. While she is ringing me up I asked her are you the manager to which she said yes. I told her I asked you for help. She replies yes and you said forgot it. To which I said yes because it would take a few minutes. I then asked her why is it the name brand medication is locked up but not the Walgreens brand. Her response was I don't know. I told her it seems you are pushing customers to buy your brand as you are making it harder for customers to buy name brand. Once again no eye contact or customer service. At the end of purchase I told her the customer service here stinks. The manager was a young lady with long bridal. Shame on her she was not with a customers when I asked for help and she should have help me instead she blew me off.

Horrible store. Should be closed. Untrained employees , management always changing . You're very lucky if you can get through on the phone . Their curbside pickup is a joke . I've had to go in the last two times because nobody came out to deliver my products . Website says you will not be charged a higher price for a substitution, don't believe that they lie . Go to Rite Aid much better or you can go to CVS all in Deer Park and North Babylon

ZERO STARS If you are looking to get any sort of photo service done here...go anywhere else. I ordered ONE custom greeting card. I received an email from Walgreens saying my order was to be finished at 12:21. I arrived at the store six hours later...and was told my the person at photo area that my order was not completed and would not be completed until after 6pm tomorrow. I ask to speak to the store manager and was hung up on twice. On my third try i was transferred to Rob. He was useless. He told me to call back tomorrow and speak to Nicole. Not sure how you offer one hour photo of it takes over 24 hours. Thank you for wasting my time

Worst customer service I've ever witnessed. Catty pharmacy clerk is very rude and dismissive. I will endeavor to turn people away from this location. I cannot believe how this person speaks to customers asking simple questions. He/she/it/they should realize your interaction with customers impacts the company and it's reputation and your livelihood. After witnessing this arrogant, rude response to a pleasant customer I will go to CVS exclusively.

This is the absolute WORST Walgreens location ever. I placed a photo order last night that said it would also be ready last night. It is now 14 hours passed the quoted time and it still is not ready. So, I decided to call the store and ask what is going on... forget that. One hour, 36 phone calls... every time I get put on hold and hung up on. Customer service is awful. Order fulfillment is awful. I am very aggrivated. Don't waste your time with this store. Go to literally ANY other location.
