Thank you, Corey who installed our shower doors. He was very polite and professional and made sure the area was cleaned and back to normal and their customer service was great I think I spoke with Kat and she was able to help me with my questions.

Teach your workers some respect and dignity.They didn’t even start work yet. They’re at 7-Eleven parked in a handicapped.Seriously try to instill some knowledge not to park in a handicapped parking outright rude.One day you might need that handicap spot you never know what life brings at any moment.

DO NOT USE! 3rd party to home depot. Took 6 weeks to get an installation that was promised within 3 weeks. No one called to notify me about delay. When I called in, office staff was RUDE. When the glass came, it wasn't the size I was expecting. Became a floating spray panel, NOT what person that came to measure showed me. When I called to speak to owner JACK, he hung up the phone on me, not once but twice. He claims I was speaking while he was speaking so he hung the phone up on me. I simply told him to call me back after he speaks to the person that took the measurements. I am beyond disgusted and will be seeking full refund.

I ordered a shower door thru Cancos, who totally screwed up the order. Barbara at Trio East handled my frustration and angst calmly and professionally, and persisted in following up, and communicating. The door is beautful.

Don't do it. This company is 3rd party to Home Depot. Someone came to measure for a glass shower door. 3 weeks later I get a call to schedule installation. As soon as the installer saw my bathroom he knew the glass would not fit.Persistence on trying left me with a scratch on my floor and a dent on my wall. This company is telling me it's impossible it was their guys.I just spent 9 months doing home renovations, I've dealt with several contractors, and this company was my only regret.The glass did not fit. I had to wait another 2 weeks. Got a call to schedule. I call the company twice prior to follow up. They come and installed the same glass from two weeks prior. No communication. And! they sent the same two guys that f'd up my floor and wall when I told them not to.I will never use this company again nor do I recommend them.

Very professional installers. Installed 2 shower enclosures including a custom made door. Punctual, neat and reasonable price.
