Even though I love the brand, the store management needs to train their employees to be more polite, understanding and stop being snobby. Also the sale tagging is all over the place. Think the corporate needs to have an evaluation of the store, and restore their standards.

Ratchet employees trying to scam customers be careful n do the math on the discounts yourself. Goes by the apparent name Kimberley. She tried to cut off only 25% percent of an item whereas it’s 70% off with the motive to keep it in her pocket. Cruel world. Disgraceful people. Don’t worry didn’t let those degenerates succeed. Idiot called the security LOL wht is he gon do?? Lose his job too?? ?? REJECTS
