Everyone enjoyed the cigars and absolutely loved it. I never saw their table empty for a single moment. The package we chose provided us also with a beautiful customized humidor to bring home. Hamza (I’m guessing the manager) said that even though their policy was 24 hours after purchase, he understood my frustration when I bought it and did not give me the robotic answer. He took responsibility for what happened in his store and fixed the problem. By doing that he got himself a new loyal customer. ”
