This place was an absolute mess on Black Friday. The police had to be called, the workers and security showed no authority or organization to control anything and just didn't care. The deals were weak and the best I saw was 35% off basically. There's lots of stores but with that comes small stores filled with people with lines to get in of 30+ minutes and lines of 30+ minutes to pay for what you want. Ridiculous!!

My daughter and I came here to go to the Famous Food Festival. The outlet is huge and comprises a variety of stores. There are many restaurants around the outlet to enjoy and parking can become a bit crowded.

I haven't been to these outlets in years and there's been a big turn over and shops and food venues. It looked like all of the stores are having labor day, back to school sales, but there wasn't much to choose from. It's funny sometimes we hit it and sometimes we don't. It was very very quiet. There weren't many shoppers.

Fun fact, I've been here before and completely forgot that I've been here before! Still a solid outlet. We were in Islip to take my SFIL to a guitar store in the area and we needed somewhere to kill time. Friends who live in LI recommended Tanger Deer Park, which was about 20 minutes away from where SFIL needed to be. We spent about 2.5 hours at the outlet and had a good time. I like that they have a giant Dick's outlet here, which I've never seen before at other outlets. They also have all the typical suspects like Levi's, J.Crew Factory, and Cole Haan. We didn't get to all the stores, but were able to find some solid items in the stores that we did get to.

I absolutely love this location. The 50% - 60% off sales are amazing and the customer service is unmatched!! The ladies who work at this location are truly so sweet and helpful every single time.

I bought my wife a birthday present at the Talbots Outlet in Deer Park. I found the personnel to be friendly and knowledgeable as to what my wife may like. I ended up with three beautiful items that my wife absolutely loved. I felt great. I shopped at the Riverhead Talbots and didn't find the saleswomen to be interested in what I was looking for. I noticed at the Riverhead Store the place was disorganized with boxes of hangers lining the area.

This was my first time in this outlet and I enjoyed my quick visit. The grounds were very clean and there was a lot of signage to help you find the stores you want. I was coming to check out the Nike outlet for some new sneakers and saw they had a ton of other stores. You can spend an entire day here shopping and eating. I checked out the Nike store that was packed and lines were long but I got my cheap sneakers. I also checked out one of my favorite stores, the Christmas tree shop but to my surprise it was pretty empty with a lot of bare walls. I guess they were recuperating from the after holiday rush. LOL.. They have a few places to eat but I didn't indulge in any food. There's plenty of parking. I do plan on returning and checking out some other shops.

This was my 1st time at this Talbot's outlet. It was a good size. It even had a few chairs to the left as you entered. The sales ladies were very kind and helpful. They were having a Buy One Get One FREE! On Everything in the store. How Fabulous! I needed pullover sweater so that's what I got and 1 multi colored open sweater jacket. I bought 3 items chose 2 FREE and treated my friend to the last item FREE. She chose a pair of warm corduroy pants!We both left HAPPY! Oh, I am almost forgot to mention they were also giving 3x Rewards points on each item, including the Free ones. I Love Talbot's! I was disconnected with their store for about 6 years. I've been reconnected since October. It Feels good to be back!!

The lady who answered my call was useless. Nasty and unwilling to help and speaking over every word I said. You'll have a better outcome talking to one of the people overseas. At least they are nice. Horrible!

It is Black Friday and I understand there being the need for patience but; as I wrote this, I am currently 2:30 sitting in my car trying to leave. The employees in the field are rude and incapable and the staff in the office is unhelpful. This is a problem that should have a clear solution but the logistics are not implemented well. Any positive or negative experience otherwise has been marred by this

I went for athletic gear with my best friend and her 2-year old daughter. We decided on entering Puma. They had great sales, a clean and well stocked store, so we were both hopeful for a great experience. That couldn't be further from what occurred. The associates did not greet us, were rude/not helpful/cheerful and didn't recommend any additional sales, styles or discounts etc. They acted as if we were a bother to them. How they treated us gave my friend anxiety because she felt judged having taken her daughter with her who was exhausted and crying at the time. Because of this experience she bought nothing. When I brought my selections/purchases to the register they barely spoke to me. As we left both my friend and I heard the associates say, "They were a bit much." I turned and said, "Well then don't work in sales/customer service." It's a shame because I have been in sales; I know how difficult customers can be sometimes. We didn't trash the store or be rude. I don't understand why we were treated as such. It's a shame too because I want to return but will most likely not because of how we were treated. I don't have the associates names but i do have the clerk and cashier number(s) and they should be severely reprimanded or fired for such treatment. Cashier/Clerk Number-438470 Register 4.
