Today, October 9 at 6pm I went to the store with my husband because my bracelet broke. The service was horrible, I don’t know how those women were hired to work with customers. The actitud of one of them was so inappropriate. The other one said ‘I’m been working 5 years here and it is not possible fix your bracelet’ that my husband bought in less than a year in the same place. And the funny thing was that I went a week earlier to the same place and another worker told me that I just need to show my receipt so they can fix it. We really love this store and it is so sad to find workers that don’t make us to feel comfortable buying there anymore.

I was greeted as I walked in the door. The staff was very helpful with suggestions on purchasing a gift for my daughter's wedding. I found the perfect gift. I am happy with my purchase.

Swarovski has such nice jewelry! I bought studs and every time I wear them, I receive so many compliments. The staff is beyond helpful and patient!
