Ok I'm not a new player to the sport at all. let's start with the pros for the shop. The shop has a good and nice options of guns nice and clean. The father and son that were there where very nice and friendly genuinely nice people. Now let's get to the cons about the shop they didn't have one of the most used guns in the airsoft world a 5.1 tm hi capa and they say they didn't have any cause they sold out I feel like there's a easy way to fix this don't but a 2300 dollar gun thats gonna probably be there for years and get more important inventory as a worker at a airsoft feild I know how important it is to get what you need. They don't have anything that tells you what guns are in their feild limits and some are only full auto now get in to the pros about the cafe nice and clean and decently size room with tables and chairs cons you're not allowed to bring your own food or snacks but other then that it's nice now for the feild pros nice feild big staging nice restrooms friendly people i like the feild but there's a good bit of cons one there no safety video or anything like most fields have the refs are alright till they get on the feild and then they don't know what to do teams are split by number not skill like there was a game where they were 10 ft away from my spawn and the ref saw and didn't say anything at all we played tdm back to back to back non stop and played to games with a obj but like really only 3 game modes all day that's boring like nothing else also you don't get told how long between each game or how long a game is just line up to play and game over that's it and the crono makes no since 320 for hpa or 380 for gbb or aeg like huh there's no difference 99% of the feild I play at are the same for crono even a field that was 30 minutes from them and so many bands and zipties and so many dead ends on the feild other then that it's alright

I love coming here but the refs never make the games fun. 95% of the time the game mode will be TDM. It is not fun this way. For the last five sessions I came here I think I played only two or three rounds that weren’t TDM.
I will not be coming here anymore because the refs refused to play fun game modes. One time they said they are only doing TDM For the rest of the session because somebody didn’t use spawn correctly. I think it’s very unfair to punish everybody else for one person’s one time mistake

The game is fun I recommend! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is the Refs.Also the Refs have no mercy even with children no warning if you accidentally break a small non important rule they will sit you out for two games.

The name has stayed the same, but everything else has changed dramatically. Go at your own risk, not good for kids. The comments speak for themselves. I will only go there for the pro shop, they do have a very good selection of airsoft replicas.

Imagine paying Google to remove reviews? Don’t imagine much longer because that’s what the owner of SFS does! Once again, Proshop is run by grifters, that's about as general as it gets. The guns are all marked up an extra $40-$50 compared to online retailers, they have a credit card fee that they mention, but fail to mention that they also have an ATM that has a much smaller fee, no returns and in-store credit on rare returns tells you all you need to know about the level of grifting. If you made the same mistake of actually purchasing something here and it fails, don't waste your time or gas going in for repairs because they'll just tell you "it happens" and won't actually do anything with the 30 day warranty they provide for keeping the orange tip on the gun. Don't make the same mistake I made and just purchase from a much larger retailer that upholds warranty, does repairs, and leaves you with confidence in your purchase.

Fun experience, make sure you wear a protective layer of clothing so that you can enjoy combat, and if you can purchase your own weapon as opposed to the issued ones which aren’t as impactful as having your own machinery.

Great venue, friendly refs and AMAZING chef in the back on the grill, pro shop staff is very knowledgeable. Arena is challenging and altered with regularity to offer greater difficulty to seasoned players. Refs offer tons of game modes, and the matches are highly competitive. Great fun and exercise (I run matches with 40lb weight vest) for all ages, and skill levels. Friday nights are packed, can't wait to go back!!

Booked this place for a an hour with a group of friends for Airsoft. The staff there was very helpful and polite. They explained everything through and even in game the person helped out really well. I would recommend this place to everyone and I would return back again someday.

Great pro shop selection and staff; horrible game refs. As stated in so many other reviews, refs do not enforce rules fairly across teams and players. They kicked a guy out for "cheating" even though he had GoPro footage proving otherwise (they refused to even look at it). If you are coming here just to buy gear then you're fine, but there's a reason I avoid games at this place.

To start off I’ve been going here for over four years I have been nothing but respectful And have Gotten nothing but disrespect For the past six months They have been trying to Get me banned I don’t know if it’s his name, but silvio is one of the refs that has started this problem I had video evidence of me, going to spawn and putting my body in the spawn and walking out I got a warning one time. Which I truly messed up on and didn’t understand but the second time this supposedly happened, and I did follow the rule and have this on video proof one of the refs that works there, Steve did not follow the rule of going into Spawn I got pulled out and told to sit, then asked to speak to Allen I showed him video evidence, and he said that it was clear that I was in the wrong that Steve did everything proper and fine, even though he didn’t then he served me a three month ban he said I am right and you were wrong Steve did not do that, and you broke the rules I said whatever you think you’re the one that lays down the laws I don’t think you’re right, but if you want me to say that I will can we please just drop the conversation I am already banned there’s no need to discuss further he then proceeded to go back-and-forth with me and then told me I had a one year ban all because I didn’t admit he was right majority of the staff just wants you to say they’re right so they have control so they could feel that they’re in control. The second you disagree with them all hell breaks loose. there’s no such thing as a normal discussion. Of things you disagree on just disrespect. I feel they personally ruin the hobby for me just to reiterate, I started the conversation very non aggressively, and just wanted to have a normal discussion, but it ended up being just Alan, cutting me off and telling me to listen while, raising his voice at me the second I raise my voice at him he acted very aggressively and was on a power trip. all I wanted was mutual respect and a normal discussion. and I get he’s my elder , but if you can’t even respect a minor. and want control power over a minor. that you don’t now. I feel that is crazy majority of the staff just don’t want their egos hurt. And just want to be right.

THESE PEOPLE DIDNT FOLLOW ANY OF THE RULES! My 13 year old son went with one of his friends for a birthday hangout and got shot in the eye when one do the refs was testing a gun. Fortunately my son was able to recover since his eyelid was close ?. But I would recommend all parents to not let their children come here!
