They tried to scan me out of $417.36 for uhaul rental telling me they can’t reverse the contract. BUT when I went to pick up the van no one was there. Uhaul customer service was horrible.

I reserved a UHAUL van at this location. When I got there, I was told that they don't actually rent the vans there but at their Bayshore location. So I go to the Bayshore location and it's a total disaster of a place. It's a gas mart that is in total disarray. There owner was behind the counter, barely got up to help me. Gave me the rental van keys, no walk around or paperwork. I took a picture of the mileage. When I got the bill, the mileage was off by 11 miles and I was charged for insurance which I declined to have. So I was over charged $26. And when I called to talk to him about it I was greeted with yelling and a hang up.

Emergency fuel stop only. The guy there changed a $10 bill for quarters for the $1 air and acted like it was gonna be a hard thing to do, then gave me back all singles. Asked if the restroom was around the corner and if I needed a key and he pointed a vague finger toward the strip mall next door. I questioned "where?" And he mumbled something I couldn't make out as he walked off, had to ask 3 times where he was indicating before I understood him to say "laundry". Poor lady at the didn't seem thrilled that this was the pit stop for a kid who had to take a piss and would have been fine to do so in a dirty gas station bathroom.. oh well, at least she had a change machine I could use to get more quarters for the air pump without bothering the so very helpful petroleum transport technician.

Very rude guy picks and choose who gets full service no premium only regular there's a lot better gas stations just up the road..
