I had an issue with a vape that I bought 10 days ago. Hamza (I’m guessing the manager) said that even though their policy was 24 hours after purchase, he understood my frustration when I bought it and did not give me the robotic answer. He took responsibility for what happened in his store and fixed the problem. By doing that he got himself a new loyal customer.

Great reliable local smoke shop. Had an issue with a vape pen from another shop. Brought in my oil cartridge and the broken vape pen. The staff here were able to find me another device to use. He tried out a few to make sure it works and that the battery was good. Then when we found a good product he had me take a pull in the store to ensure it works well. All before officially purchasing the product. Definitely recommend this smoke shop to everyone now.

This is hands down my favorite vape shops, I’ve been going to them for 2+ years now, the owner is incredible and always goes above and beyond as well as the other staff the prices are great and will always match the price. I was looking for a specific juice I used to order off a website years ago and when I asked if they carried it they even offered to order it for me! They’re next level here!

What a vape from them three days ago and when I went to go charge it it's steady green light. Googled and everyone saying the battery is dead most likely because it's old. I went inside and asked about the machine and they do not replace the machine they said go through the warranty so I will never come back there again. Too back of the perfect place cuz I go to that 7-Eleven next door two to three times a day.

Yesterday, I went as I was the only person there. Purchased my normal, And wanted lottery tickets. Another women walks in, Goes to the far end of the counter. As I swipe my card to pay. I said to the guy, “I would also like to purchase lotto tix” The machine is right next to us!! He says to me “ One minute !” Walks away from me to the other end of the counter and proceeds to greet this other woman , And took her order ! He had to go into a little room in the back, While I’m waiting! I decided to leave. My husband and I spend a lot of money in this store! They will never get another cent from us! My question is ; “Why didn’t he complete my order before walking away to help another customer?” He was standing right next to the lotto machine. Such disrespect!! I’m never going back!! Date and time was 8/24/23 @ approximately 2pm!! *** Side note , I go here at least 3-4 times a week. Spend no less that 50-60 dollars a visit for hubby’s cigars and my vapes !!! We are done ✔️ with them.
