Delivery of rotten, moldy tomatoes, steak brown & slimy under 48 hours, milk going bad well before the due date, charged for items not delivered. Sending you the oldest junk off the shelves & also leaving it out too long before delivery obviously it wouldn't spoil so fast otherwise. If you call them make sure you get the credit they say they'll give you because that's also not been given. So many exciting things to look forward to when you're disabled & have to get groceries delivered!

Mr Thompson I'm happy to take this down if someone responds. I'm a huge supporter of independent retail and wakefern coop / shoprite stores. I was just in this location and reported the bottle room being a disaster and I got one "yeah" and one "okay" I called before leaving this review and waited for 2 minutes and then Darryl couldn't hear me on the phone. Might be my connection. Any of the staff know how to say thank you or we will come right over? If I'm only getting a "yeah" or "okay" from your store what's the difference between online or big box? Can we be treated a little better as loyal customers?

We really like this location, it was redone with an emphasis on the owners family tree where they have signs indicating a family members' street/area. We love how they have many real persons staffing the registers vs having customers scan their own items. There are self check outs but for the most part people are still employed here and that is our attraction to this location and why although there are other competitors in the area, we prefer to come here. They also play great music over the PA system. Thank you.

Mediocre but consistent. 3.5 stars really. Not bad, just don't eat the bagels; people always take the bagels with their hands. It's too bad really. I used to get them, and stopped because of that.

This store is always well organized and clean. The staff are very willing to lend support to customers in the isles and shoot a smile and a kind conversation during check out. My favorite neighborhood grocery, the pay points could use some updating; the screens don’t always register user input which is a little annoying.

All carts LOCK outside store - can’t load groceries in parking lot. Tried using a hand basket and was stopped by THREE standing around employees, none of them gave a $hlt about poor customer experience.
Will never return.

Great only place I go for over 8 years now fish is always fresh have my clams and the people are nice music is good too
P.S. In 2024 I visited because I buy my fish from here. When he went in the back to get it looked kind of red to me. After I got it home to clean and cook and freeze some the meat just tore off in my hand I was pissed at myself because I usually have no problem and brought all that fish money wasted lesson learn Salmon should not be a dark red. My fault for trusting and not paying closer attention and then losing my receipt. Shop Rite fault for selling bad fish. So I will take a star off sorry.

The manager from the fish department is very rude and not acceptable at all he does he was very rude I tried to ask him a question he acted if he was annoyed

We recently went to Shoprite Deer Park and they gave a really hard time with honoring a sale they advertised.
The items from the sale were not coded properly or the advertisement had a misprint-- the actual issue was not clear.
Shoprite had us pay at register and then get a refund at the service counter. It was a waste of 35 minutes standing in line at service desk.
The associates were frustrated with us, rather than acknowledging and fixing Shoprite'a error with a problem solving- attitude. After 35 minutes we got the money back, but it was a very stressful and inconvenient visit. There are so many other stores in the area so now we will go someplace else for groceries. The good thing is that you get to choose where you spend your money so make a wise choice !

Excellent array of fresh produce! The bakery is tops! We've used it many times for personalized cakes!
