“This was an undoubtedly amazing experience. The manager went over and beyond to assist with my special request, and the staff were funny and kind throughout the entire experience shopping with a child can be overwhelming, but they were very empathetic and patient.”
“They are the best, they have got the best fleece as well as sweatshirt and sweat pants, however they don't have anyoutlets near smithtown/kingspark/commack. All prices are very fair and they have got the best quality of shoes among all brands.”

I ask if they gave a healthcare discount because I saw online they offered one abd I gave her the code shown on id.me and it did not work, but the associate still gave me a discount. She even went through the shelves to see if there was a pair closer to my size - these were 7.5 (and I'm a 7) she took her time going through the aisle even though they were close to closing. Could not find a 7, so I brought these.”

“My gal loves Ann Taylor design and quality, and we were on the Island for a day trip, so we stopped by Tanger Deer Park. She was impressed by the selection in her size and the styles, so we ended up taking home a few basics...two medium shopping bags! The staff is typical of Tanger...not paid on commission or particularly well, so helpful if you engage them...so many browsers, they hesitate to interact. However, these ladies seemed eager not to fold clothes and stare into space.”

“I had an amazing experience today with the help of store manager, Jose, at the Deer Park, NY Timberland location. I needed to do a return and exchange for a set of boots we purchased my fiancé for Christmas, and i was quite anxious ahead of time, knowing that at other retailers doing any sort of return/exchange can turn into a pretty big headache/hassle. However, Jose made the entire interaction as seamless as possible and treated me with understanding, kindness, and respect the entire time. He even located the new boots for me that i needed to purchase after the return was completed. I will absolutely be giving my business to this location going forward after such a wonderful interaction here. The staff clearly is trained very well! I was greeted within 60 seconds of entering the store in a very organic and pleasant way, and even had a lovely chat with whom i assume was the shift supervisor about the quality of Timberland’s boots and why we believe they’re such a great investment. 11/10 customer service here! Thank you all for making this customer so much more relaxed and at ease about making my return/exchange. It’s appreciated more than you can even imagine! =)”
