I must say Cassandra and her entire staff are the best. I’m from out of town here in NY doing a little shopping. I lost my debit card in the Reebok store. Cassandra and her entire staff made me feel like they lost their card. The amount of professional and personal care was above board. It’s refreshing in these uncertain times that the Reebok staff took time out to share my personal pain! From moving racks to viewing tape, I was pleasantly pleased with Cassandra and her staff. I understand why corporate has her in charge.
Thank you corporate and thank you Cassandra and staff. Even though my card was not found I will be back to this store, the next time I’m in NY.

Some ok selections available. Most items can be purchased from the Reebok's website at the same prices (or even cheaper) with deals, codes, etc. and can be delivered home at no extra cost. Although, some items (sneakers) in limited colors are cheaper than other retail and online stores. Staff were friendly and the store was clean. Store does appear smaller than before and feels congested in certain sections.

Brought these shoes for such a steal $25. I ask if they gave a healthcare discount because I saw online they offered one abd I gave her the code shown on id.me and it did not work, but the associate still gave me a discount. She even went through the shelves to see if there was a pair closer to my size - these were 7.5 (and I'm a 7) she took her time going through the aisle even though they were close to closing. Could not find a 7, so I brought these.

Reebok often has some very good deals on clothing. Their staff is always super friendly, and shopping here is super convenient.

I went here and they were out of stock on everything I was looking for. I went home and ordered everything from Amazon. I won't be back here. The employees were very polite.

My mom and I were shopping for sneakers a few weeks a go, and went to the Reebok store in Deer Park outlet. Upon entering the super clean and organized store, we were greeted by Jeron. He was super helpful and professional. He was very patient with my mom, because she wears a very small size that's hard to find. He told us about the amazing sale the store had at the time, including all the promotions, and we both walked out very happy with our selection of sneakers :)Jeron's exceptional product knowledge and outstanding customer service will have us shop there again very soon!Thanks for all your help!
