For beginners it is where you must go to start off in the hobby. The reason why I say it’s the best because they have the most competitive prices for the nicest coral and exotic fish beats the highly marketed online sellers and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

We met outside which was perfect as my dog can be a little difficult to handle around other dogs and I was concerned about an infection. I’ve only met 2 doctors so far but both were great. Katie and the team have been fantastic and are still helping us after Drogo has been home. Special shoutout not only to Katie, but Kayla and Will also. Drogo loves and misses all of you!
Drogo is an 8-month Cane Corso puppy. When I arrived at the store to drop him off for training, Drogo was lunging and growling at every person who entered. It was dangerous and not to mention embarrassing. I’ve had to leave other dog-friendly places because of the same awful behavior. What a mess we were.
When I returned to Maximum K9 for a demo after 2 weeks, Katie and Kayla trained me with Drogo and then took us into the same store, this time more bustling and crowded than at drop-off. Drogo and I were able to walk around calmly, he was not reactive at all, and I was able to put him into a down position and he stayed. It was like I was seeing a DIFFERENT DOG! Wow!
I could go on and on with examples and stories and I honestly can’t say enough great things, but the bottom line is that this was one of the best decisions we’ve made and we had an amazing experience. Drogo is a GOOD BOY and he was loved and well cared for by all of the staff. I am now confident and proud to walk with Drogo. I highly recommend Maximum K9 and we will be returning for ongoing classes. Thank you for teaching us and for loving Drogo. We will see you again soon!

K9 mania is Amazing,I highly recommend their services to anyone having a difficult time training their dog, it truely works! I can't thank Gabby enough for her kind professionalism while caring ,training and loving our precious pup. Gabby spent time not only training Sandy, but also training us with handling and commanding our dog. A huge success! We are forever greatful. Thank you K 9 Mania, Thank you Gabby.

Having fun is exhausting for dogs too apparently. Many thanks to Justina and the rest of the Hounds Town team for treating our Walt as if he were your own!

848 Long Island Ave, Deer ParkI just discovered this place off the main road in Deer Park. It's a different concept than other beer gardens. They have some beer on tap as well as a huge selection of bottles and cans. You can buy beer to go as well. They have a rotating menu of grilled cheese and meats sandwiches that are really good. I plan on coming back for years to come and will be looking to book a private party here.
