We use ONL for a number of products. You send them the packaging vessel, they design the sleeve and provide the artwork template. What more could you want? Fantastic turnaround times. Don Earl and Henrietta Harriman always provide great service and are incredibly responsive.

Overnight Labels is a great place to shop if you enjoy being disrespected and lied to. The name is misleading- don’t expect to have your deliverables for at least 60-90 days. More importantly, customer service is insulting horrible. They sent me 15 individual invoices for each document in my order, and then double-billed my credit card so I was left with a bank statement that was indecipherable. On top of that, their team is so disorganized that they forgot to invoice me for one of my labels so I was hit with a surprise charge after finally receiving my order.

I'm not sure why the previous reviewer had a bad experience. I've worked with a number of label printers and found Overnight to be the best! The team really went above and beyond to make sure our labels were done on time and they looked amazing!

Their turn-around time is quite slow (I have no idea why they call themselves "Overnight Labels"). Their customer service (at least for their sales) is pretty poor. I spent some good money with them and was ready to spend a lot more, but I felt like they were almost annoyed at the prospect of taking my money. I finally went elsewhere and I saw what I was missing.Instead of making customers call and then sorting everything out in a disorganized fashion by phone and email, I prefer how other places streamline things, letting you submit your materials online and such. Maybe they have long-standing contracts with very large companies and their current process works for them, but I wouldn't suggest them if you're looking for a new provider.

Disorganized and completely unprofessional would never use this company now or in the future. There is plenty of other companies online to use,, so keep looking and safe yourself a problem
