Absolutely the worst treatment of customers. Very condescending staff and least cooperative customer service. Bought pants two days ago and wanted to get size changed. I misplaced the receipt but put the purchase on my account. They refused to help with looking up the purchase by # or CC. Absolutely the worst treatment for customers for a store thats supposed to sell somewhat premium Nike products.

Good store and good manager. Purchased a pair of shoes and after three weeks I noticed something is torn. Came back with no question got new pair.

Just came here to return some sweatpants my son ordered online, which were too big. The return process was simple. All the staff are super helpful, knowledgeable and nice. They helped my son find a size in the stockroom , another employee asked him if he needed a bag to carry items he was purchasing. Definitely have a great group of employees at this location

Jon was the best! My nephew has size 15, which was pretty limited when it came to the sale rack, but he helped us sift through and find a couple good pairs. He also went to the back and found my nephew a pair of The Greek freaks shoes, which were also a great deal. I went on to buy my daughter two pairs of shoes, my son two pairs and myself one pair and Jon was there to help us the whole way through. While doing so a bunch of people were asking him questions and he was able to move smoothly through helping them alongside, helping us. Complete professional, and such a chill attitude. He even offered to help us carry everything to the front, but I told him he did enough already. Got to the front counter to pay and the crew was so cool, especially Jay, who was the one that rang us up. The prices were right the service was great. The store was clean and organized. I have shopped there before and I will be back again for sure. Thank you to Jon and Jay for making this experience a great one. Should’ve taken a picture of the pile of shoes that I bought, but once we got in the car, everyone was grabbing their boxes, lol. A+++
