What a great company to deal with tommy and his staff are incredible and professional ! Had them replace a wall mirror my kids broke
And has done several windshields for me including my 1989 ford mustang with fresh paint and it came out perfect. I would highly reccomend tommy and his guys to anyone ! Thanks again !

Tommy is great he really knows his business. I had a a huge rock crack my windshield. And then the snow made it migrate across the windshield. I called Mr. Glass and they were able to start the process from the first moment I gave him my cars info. He said he'd have the windshield in an hour. I went to them to change the window. It took under two hours and I was done. They would've come to me but because of snow I thought it was better to bring it to them. It worked out great. They have a comfortable waiting room and Kim is great. She's knowledgeable and personable and fun to talk with. They took my insurance so I had no charge. I would recommend them for all your glass and mirror needs. They do glass shower doors too.

This company is fantastic. Our dog has gone through our bay window 2 times now in the colder months. First time they arrived late at night and it was ready next day. Most recent break, they arrived in 40 minutes and had the window made and installed within 4 hours. Very happy with their service and communication. Hopefully we won't have another window to replace but they would definitely be our go to in the future.

GREAT COMPANY!! THEY DIDN'T DISAPOINT. THEY WERE ON TIME, POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL (KHALID AND JOHN). GIVE THEM A TRY. I WAS TIRED OF THE BIG COMPANIES WHO MADE ME GO BACK 4 TIMES TO GET GLASS REPLACED ON MY SUV. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY A COUPLE OF TIMES FOR ALL MY VEHICLES AND SO WORTH IT. THE OFFICE STAFF (KIM) IS WONDERFUL AND A BREATH OF FRESH AIR- THEY WORKED AROUND MY SCHEDULE. FOR ME THIS COMPANY IS RATED AAA++++++++ . THANKS GUYS FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE AGAIN!!

My Brand new 2023 Bronco's windshield was shattered by a falling object. Didn't want just anyone to replace it, so I called my local Ford dealer, figuring they'd have the most experience, given it's a new and underproduced model. He told me they outsource everything to Mr. Glass and highly recommended them. I called them and Kim answered. I asked a lot of questions about their experience and quality, and she answered every one. On the very same phone call, she conferenced in my insurance company, got me an approval for the replacement with original Ford Bronco replacement glass (thank you, Geico) and told me she'd get back about acquiring the glass. Less than an hour later, she had the glass and I had a next day appointment for the replacement at my work. The repair crew, Matt and Eric, gave me an arrival time, then texted me from my work parking lot upon arrival. Really nice guys. Put me at ease. An hour and a half later, they texted me that it's done. I inspect it, and it looks great. They calibrated the camera for lane detection. Replaced registration/inspection/toll stickers flawlessly. Better than before! (they straightened out my crooked inspection sticker) There was not a single sign that they were there, other than the fixed windshield. I don't see how it could have gone better. I mean it, I don't see how it could have gone better. My new Bronco still feels and looks new. All I could ask for. Thanks Kim, Matt and Eric!

There's no hint of trying to upsell or play any games here; instead, they provide swift and reliable service, ensuring an honest and high-quality repair. Tommy and his team were amazing. We had a very scary incident with an object breaking our sunroof while driving last week. I was referred to Mr Glass from a car dealership and was treated with respect and care from the first phone call. Kim initiated a call with my insurance company and made sure all the expenses were covered. They found a replacement as fast as they could and kept me informed throughout the process. I am leaving now with a car safe for my family to drive in again. They even tried to get all the tape residue off my roof from my make shift covering. They went above and beyond. If you need help….call Mr Glass and ask for Tommy or Kim.

I had a particular project I was trying to do. I have a small obsidian plate that I wanted covered with glass and adhered to it. When I first got there the receptionist was super cool and friendly. When I spoke to Mr. Glass he was very professional and explained to me the ways we could go about doing my project. He was very thorough and informative and ultimately I decided on another piece of reflective surface to purchase. I would recommend this shop to anybody looking for custom or regular glass work. Top notch, 10/10
