“Been to this site a few times. Didn’t have to wait and the phlebotomist was able to get my vein easily which doesn’t happen very often. She listened when I asked her to use a small needle and understood that I have had issues in the past. Will likely continue to go to this site for its ease and professionalism.”
“My appointment was at 8:45am, it's now 8:52am and I'm already done & in my car. I don't even know what just happened, never had ANY kind of appointment go so fast and smoothly - no complaints! Sema drew my blood - she was no nonsense, needle in (I didn't feel a thing), needle out, she bandaged my arm and said goodbye. I know it's only a blood test but I'm so glad I came here instead of Quest, the difference was night and day! I do recommend an appointment only bc I can vouch for how fast that is, but there were a few walk ins waiting and they seemed to be going in and out pretty quickly as well.”

“My experience here made me confident that there are people who care about my pain and discomfort in the medical field I have terrible fibromyalgia and chronic pain blood work can leave me in discomfort for weeks if too rough. Ms.Lorella heard me and saw my anxiousness from prior experiences at other locations and talked to me through my bloodwork as well as reassured me to come back to that location so I could be more comfortable with the process and she expressed that no one deserves to feel unheard and mishandled as a patient.she handled my blood work with such ease I didn’t even notice she finished no pain at all! I get a lot of blood work and I’m so relieved to have found this location and will be going back for all of my labs such compassion and patience thank you so much!”
“This is the only lab I visit if I given a choice. The Babylon location is clean and usually does not have any wait. Christine and Katrina are always friendly. Their positive attitude shows they care and enjoy what they do. Sunrise Labs gets their results back to you in an expedited manner so your doctor can quickly make an assessment and decide what is the best care you may need. This place gets an A+ in my book.”
“I had one of the best experiences at Quest. I forgot the name probably (Nadia) was the best. She was amazingly friendly and very professional. She was able to draw my blood in the first go which is usually hard to find.

“I have a huge phobia of bloodwork. The woman did what I needed her to do for me to relax. My blood was coming out slow so it took a very long time and was poked several times but she kept checking in on me and gave me time to breathe in between pokes. Didn't get frustrated or yell at me once.”
“This place is the best! I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes with no appointment. They immediately greet you and check yourself paperwork. The lab techs are friendly and professional. Sadly my insurance changed and I’m back at Quest hell.”
“I was here @7am as they unlocked the doors because i have an early work schedule and needed to be in/out .I was greeted in a friendly manner from the Tech Mehvish that let me inside and then a hello from the receptionist . Both techs seem well alert and ready to start their day and seemed very attentive to all especially the little girl that was scared of getting blood drawn for the 1st time . “I visited PSC this am for bloodwork, Claudia was the phlembotomist and she was honestly amazing. I did not feel the needle go in and she made sure I was comfortable. I had looked at the reviews previously and was unsure of what I would experience but my experience was great. If you have to visit PSC try to schedule your appt with Claudia.”
“Convenient location - less than 2 miles from my house. Early appointments (6:30 am), easy and quick self-check-in. The hardest part was finding a vein. I was pricked twice and each time it was accurate. Note to self...drink water, even if fasting!”
“I made an appointment but must of did something wrong although I had a picture in my phone, when I checked in, the key pad, said I had no appointment, I showed Kiara, she was one of the techs, she tried to help me, but she had to take care of patients, my appointment read 1.20, well Kiara was so kind she called me in at 1.20 she took my blood with no problems, thank you for having such a caring tech.”

“They service was great and positive vibes. only issue is they gave my wife a red drink. And left me with no warning but when we left she started letting them rip like bayblades. And when I tell you the smell was awful. I mean gas station bathrooms don’t smell that bad.”

“The phlebotomist (wish I had gotten her name) was very personable and this could not have been any easier than it was to have blood drawn. I literally walked in, gave my name and I was immediately taken into the room and had the draw in five minutes from start to finish! Always used Quest in the past but had too many problems with their billing system. Tried Northwell Labs in Babylon and I will use them for all my future needs.”
