We almost went with the Tempur-Pedic pro but the Beautyrest was very comfortable as well and came with a moveable frame.”

In the process, I have visited this store dozens of times. Each and every single time I visit, I am greeted with professionalism, kindness, and respect. I've worked with many sales representative and each one is just as special. I love how they don't follow you around the store and let you walk around in a non-evasive way. Eric, as well as the others, have been patient, helpful and courteous during every single encounter. Josue Warlics from the back went above and beyond to make sure that my furniture was packaged and taken in the most protective manner. “We needed a new mattress. We did a ton of research, and then we went to a well known chain mattress store, where we were greeted by an indifferent salesman and limited inventory. Depressed and frustrated, we went home and did more research, thinking we would just order something online... but buying a mattress without trying it out seemed risky. One of the brands we were looking at was available at Sleepworks, so we went to look at it.Jerry, the salesman who greeted us at Sleepworks, was incredibly accomodating and patient with us as he explained why the mattress we thought we wanted was not the best choice for us. He spent almost 2 hours with us and gave us quite an education in mattress types and construction, helping us to select the best mattress for our needs. He's a great salesman; he convinced us to buy the adjustable base and I'm glad he did.Delivery was fast and smooth - in fact, we had to put off delivery for a month due to COVID and other health issues and the folks at Sleepworks were very understanding, but once we were able to confirm a delivery date, the mattress and base were delivered and installed quickly and with no issues.If you are looking for a new mattress, this is the place to go!”
“I purchased a bedroom set and living room couch as well as a recliner from the Medford location. I had an amazing salesman or owner (not sure as to the title of the man) help me without being intrusive as I shopped around. When I had a question he was very polite and very respectful. I got a great vibe from him as well as the store. PS. I purchased everything and it came as stated on time. Everything was perfect. I realized they sell the same kitchen table I have. Sadly one leg broke off the kitchen table (remember this was NOT purchased from them. This is an older table i already had). I went to the Medford location and asked if there was a way to order one leg and I pay them. Same gentleman that helped me said no problem. He orders me 4 Brand new legs and refused to take anything for it. Free. I insisted on paying something. He refused and said it was his pleasure. Where can you find service and professionalism like this anymore? This will be the place I order any furniture from for now on. And I implore anyone else definitely to shop here.
