I used their service pre-covid and was very satisfied with the detailing work they performed on my 2011 Toyota Avalon. Last week I decided it was time to have my 2 cars (2011 Toyota Avalon and 2019 Toyota Highlander) detailed and called and made an appointment. John and Ethan made the process super easy. Requested full detailing on both cars. Dropped off the Avalon in the afternoon; they worked on it the next day and in the late afternoon I picked it up and dropped off the Highlander. The Avalon looked spectacular for a 12 year old car; it had a luxury limousine look inside and out. No extra charges; the price was as originally quoted and they even were able to repair the fabric headliner over the rear window at no extra charge. Did the same routine with the Highlander, and picked it up 2 days later. Honestly, it looked nicer than when I initially picked it up from the dealer 4 years ago. John and Ethan are pros at their handicraft and provided me with a hassle free and a uniquely satisfying experience. I highly recommend them.Services: Car waxing

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. I genuinely could not have had a better experience.John's customer service is truly outstanding. He worked around my very busy work schedule to fit my car in. I told him I was selling my car and they truly went above and beyond, they even cleaned my engine.I had a tiny rust mark right outside of my wheel well that has been bothering me for a few months now (my car is a 2013) and they not only got the rust stain off, he touched up the point it originated. I had several scuffs and marks on my front bumper and it's like they just replaced it. I'm truly shocked as to how amazing the exterior looks (especially because I drove across the country three times). The headlights that were once scratched up and foggy, look brand new and made my drive home tonight a million times better! I didn't realize how bad they had actually become until they fixed them!Additionally, to make things more difficult for them- My golden retriever recently turned 1 year old (so she went through her puppy and summer shedding phases) and it honestly looks like she never stepped foot in my car.Their prices truly do not reflect their customer service skills, extreme professionalism, or the effort they put into detailing. I was reluctant to spend that much initially because I'm selling my car, but I would have spent far more had I known it would shave off actual YEARS of use like it did.I will never go anywhere else to get my car detailed and I can't wait to go back with my new car in a few months!Services: Wheel washing

I was really disappointed with the result. I ordered the premium package. When I picked up the car, it looked good at a glance. When I got it home and looked closer, I saw how shoddy the work was. The windows weren’t clean. The back doors were a mess. One had been sprayed and not wiped. The other door was untouched. And the side and top of the car were dirty. Don’t waste your money.

This place is amazing the people were very nice and the car came out looking like I just got it from the showroom. They took the time to really get every detail right and it showed I was impressed as soon as I saw it.

I got a groupon and actually wound up upgrading my package to a bigger one because I have an older car that runs beautifully and just needed some love. Well let me tell you, when I picked up the car I thought they had traded it out for a new one. It looks amazing, it’s shiny, they touched up all of the scratches and imperfections and there’s even sparkle back in the paint. Would 100% recommend you bring your car here!

Very painless and wonderful experience. This was my first time getting my car detailed so I didn’t know what to expect. Ethan made me feel at ease via email and even more so in person. They exceeded all expectations and managed to remove the flex seal from my windshield. 5/5 would highly recommend to anyone.
