I want to complain about the employee named Laura in this store. I encountered very unfair treatment in this store. I bought lipstick in the clearance area. After checking out, I found that the price was not clearance. I asked the cashier to adjust the price for me. she said it was her fault, because she didn't enter the discount code at the checkout, but the store policy does not allow returns or exchanges, so she refused to adjust the price. I said that if the price is wrong, I don't want it, and she also refused to refund me. Her attitude was very bad, racial and language discrimination, saying that I can't understand her, I can't get refund, she also told me to get out, she can't do anything for me, I said you are cheating my money, she wants to call security, I wanted to call 911. Fortunately, another employee came to help me solve the problem and adjust the price. This is the first time I have encountered such a thing. This employee should be fired. I bought a lot in this store. I like to visit this store because the price is very good, but this new clerk is so disappointing

So now I can tell you the truth what really happened.. This entitled Karen walks in and proceeds to open the boxes of makeup when there are clearly signs everywhere telling customers not to. It says please ask associate for assistance.. She for some reason does not think that applies to her and she continues to do so.. No, she had no products on her person to buy. No I did not yell at said Karen she just thought she could do what she wanted to do.. I ask you fellow customers? Would you like to buy something that's opened and possibly used?? No right!! So she lied made up this big story and lie and proceeded to embarrass herself when she exited the store. Then, she calls to be verbally abusive.. I am writing this because No, the customer is not always right a d they very often lie to save face. Either way she looked ridiculous to everyone in the store. When it states please don't open products it's there for health (Covid) reasons and just common sense.. Here is her rant.. By the way I am not old I am in my 50's and I look good..Very nasty girl working there. Yelling at me, a grown 50 year old woman, not to open any of the boxes. All I was trying to do was make sure the right product was inside and not tampered with (have had issues before, getting stuff home and finding things broken/used). She stood there staring at me ready to pounce the moment I picked up a product. After yelling at me a second time I threw down the $200 worth of stuff I was going to purchase, said to her I was leaving, and told her she just lost a big sale. Her reply was, "OK have a nice night." The discount prices just aren't worth the hassle of being followed like I'm going to steal something and being treated like a child. Yeah, working retail is tough, but you still need to have a personality and know how to address customers properly. Won't be back.

I'm so glad L'Oreal is now also doing a discount store like Estee Lauder's CCS! I much prefer to shop L'Oreal brands than EL brands. I immediately gravitated towards the deep cut sale section where there were 70% off original price. So much YSL!! And my favorite Mugler! L'Oreal owns so many perfume brands too so it's a much more vast collection compared to CCS.There was only one employee when I was there because there weren't that many people shopping on a cold rainy Saturday. She was so great! Hands down best cosmetics salesperson ever. She made me aware that she's there to help if I need, but wasn't pushy at all. And then she let me look around and do my thing. Once I had a question about prices, she answered immediately and also told me she had the perfume testers in her drawers. I really appreciated the removal of testers completely because that's always a hot mess--instead lipsticks and shades are displayed within a clear display box. She even described a perfume to me to help me make up my mind on whether to buy it (I did not, but I bought a bunch of other things because it was so easy to look through and have her help!). I spent $135 in about 25 minutes. I can't wait to come back!

Amazing. I always find all my makeup here at an incredible price. Customer service is always Great. My only complain is that they allow one customer take everything from the shelves put everything on hold behind the registers and come back later to pay. If you want to purchase the same product they wont give it to you Because one customer is buying them ALL. WRONG WRONG WRONG. everything shouldn't be put on hold for one person. THAT IS COMPLETELY WRONG. I was so dissatisfied that one of my favorite products WAS on sale but one male customer had taken EVERY single piece of it, put it on hold left the store and came back to pay. He took at least 10 or 15 bottles. When I asked for it they told me it was on hold for someone else. The girls were nice and they both agree to allow me to purchase one, Which I appreciated. But I wanted 2 and I couldn't get it because the other customer was getting them ALL.

I had the chance to go there around 5 pm. This girl was not interested in helping with any of the products. She didn’t even greet any of the clients coming in. I hope the company will hire better professional people to work at this location.

I bought an eye cream from Kiehls for $48. When I got home I saw a pop up from Bloomingdales full price store that they sell the same product for $28. How is it possible that it is $20 cheaper at Bloomingdales than at a discount outlet store. I went back to the store to return it and found out that everything is final sale. No one told me that when I was in the store, didn’t see any signs and unfortunately I didn’t read the receipt until I tried to return. I did ask for a customer service number. The manager didn’t have one. Then I asked for the District t Manager info and she didn’t have any way to contact the DM. All she knew is that her name is Barbara. I’ll never shop there again and will warn my friends. Do your research before buying anything in this store.
