Stay away! Far away! They were highly recommended to us from our venue and I really wish I knew better and stayed away. Where do i even begin. The photographer was so awkward and standoffish. Therefore the pictures came out awkward and horrendous. We didn't know where to take photos in long island so they recommended Belmont park..... of all places in all of Long island. The first red flag i should of seen or heard was "im not a sales guy but how am i doing thus far". I have now learned if run far away when you hear that sales pitch.

I just used Patken Photography for my daughter Sophia's Sweet 16 photos and the service was amazing from the beginning. The owner Doug video chat with us and made us feel comfortable and confident about our choice. The photographer David was awesome. He pays attention to the little details to ensure your pictures come out stunning. The day of the Sweet at the Larkfield (which did a phenomenal job) he was punctual, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure he got all the great shots. I would highly recommend Patken Photography especially David for your next event. Any event I have in the future I will be using Patken Photography I'm very very happy!!!

Let's start off with the initial contact with Doug. It was a pleasure being able to get in touch and from there with the rest of your team members after giving me the whole rundown and what not. Next up, Cindy who was there to help take care of of the payments and getting things ready to be set in motion. Very patient as well as being able to help in whatever ways she can when your schedule didn't work out. Absolutely awesome! Now onto the main part of this review. Me and my wife had a 2 day event from wedding to reception, and would like a huge shout out to Vinnie and John for taking care of our wedding and making sure our pictures went through smoothly despite the long life of guests wanting to take pictures with us (woo that was a while) but they kept it moving along and made sure we were taken care of as to enjoy the rest of the time. Thank you guys and can't wait to see how the wedding turned out. And lastly for our reception. Kevin and Mike. Now I gotta hand it to Kevin, you were awesome and very personable when it came to following along the schedule! I really liked the fact you got to see our nonsense and even take part with the photography part! Thank you for that! And your partner Mike, kept it interesting with some side jokes which I definitely enjoyed. Overall despite me running around all over the place, you made sure to get around me to get some footages and shots in! And you even took care of some additional shots and footages that weren't really planned but was a nice addition. Thank you guys for that! Overall huge thank you to the entire team! You guys were awesome in every way and can't wait to see our results!

They took horrible pictures of my daughters dance recital. I tried to do a retake and they said they would but has almost 2 months. would not recommend.

Sabrina is an exceptionally talented photographer. From the moment we met her for our engagement photos, we loved her personality! I can't find enough good things to say and I couldn't thank her enough. She truly made the wedding experience for us so much easier with all she had to offer. She was able to get all the photos I requested and every photo was executed amazingly. All of our photos came out perfect! She was fun and easy to work with and she was very commandeering. I would recommend Sabrina to photograph anyones event! 10/10

We used Patken for our wedding and our newborn photos. They are absolutely amazing! For our wedding, our photographers and videographer reached out to us before to discuss our expectations and go over the flow of the day. For our newborn shoot, the photographers were amazing with our 2 week old baby. They were careful and considerate. They took our vision and made it come to life!

So incredibly happy with our decision to work with Patken! We were really overwhelmed with the wedding planning process but Doug knew every pose and shot we didn't even know we wanted. The team really took their time to get plenty of photos, and my husband and I are thrilled with the results! Thank you again, you really captured this memorable day for us. 10000% recommended!

I used for my wedding photography/videography, maternity shoot and engagement shoot. We first spoke with Doug and he was very flexible with costs and our requests. We worked with Sabrina as our photographer with all of our photoshoots and she was great. Her energy is very welcoming and patient. Taking pictures and posing can be awkward for me and my husband but she made us feel very comfortable and our pictures came out beautiful for every shoot. Great customer service and professionalism. We'd recommend their company x1000.

Horrible experience recently for my daughters recital pictures. I reached out to the company, their response time was slow, but their final response said they would send an edited photo weeks ago which I have yet to receive. Quality of the photo looks like it was taken with a point and shoot camera from the 90's. Very contrasted and grainy. When I pointed out the issues with the lighting, their response was "I can lighten the image so her features aren't as shadowed. Unfortunately, the dance pictures are taken inside with studio lighting which will always look different than outdoor photos. I will send you the edited version when it is ready." I had to read that twice, the professional photographer telling me they have no control over lighting. Red flag! Meanwhile the indoor studio photos I received from my daughters school photos were beautiful and will be cherished. Lesson learned for the future, do not waste your money on these people.

Absolutely amazing!!! Sabrina went above and beyond to make my wedding day absolutely perfect! I cannot say enough good things about her. I wish I was a millionaire because I would literally give her my whole life savings!! She is so caring, thoughtful, and talented. She took on literally every role at my wedding, from helping me into my gown (and literally buttoning and bustling it for me) and assisting me all throughout the night to make sure I was content and happy. I would absolutely without a doubt suggest patken to everyone I know, I promise you will not be disappointed!!

Our Patken photographers (Jessie & Beatrice) and videographer (Bo) were a pleasure to work with on our wedding day. They were 10 steps ahead of everything and kept us laughing throughout it all especially with the cold outdoor shots! We are thrilled with the photos we received and have so many wonderful options to choose from. Doug facilitated everything to perfection and was extremely accessible and responsive both before and after our wedding. We can't wait to make our albums and see the video footage :)

Boarded my two dogs there 8/14 & 8/15. Smelled dirty. Both my dogs came down with terrible kennel cough after 1 week. So not only did I have to pay for boarding, but had the vet bill on top of it. Willow did call my cell and left a message 8/13 to alert me that they had a case of kennel cough if I wanted to cancel. Unfortunately I did not see the voicemail until after I picked them up. That's on me. I wish they had spoken to me directly. I would not have brought them for boarding as I know how contagious kennel cough is. The Bortadella vaccine does NOT cover all types so it's risky any time you board your pet. Needless to say, I will NOT be boarding my dogs at Willow pet hotel in the future. Willow, I advise you to not just leave a message but speak directly to your customer when conveying such crucial information. Should be REQUIRED. When I dropped my dogs off, no one even mentioned there were cases of kennel cough.
