Excellent customer service provided by Joe and Briana at this store location. They truly know their merchandise and sizing, and they were extremely helpful to me. The store is organized well and offers a wide selection of merchandise.

I shop outlet a lot, and J. Crew is honestly not a friendly place to go. But this one is particularly rude. They never greet you, ask if you need help and there's always a line to pay because instead of riding up sales, the employees rather do something else. The people who work there are miserable and literally hate their customers. I went to look at the sale items and happen to browse at a rack in the dressing room, there was no sign on it, so I thought it was okay. Well, some hostile employee came over and was like, 'THOSE ARE FOR HOLD FOR PEOPLE", and then walked away. Treated me like a child, "don't touch that". Would be nice if she asked if I was looking for something and if she could help, right? That is what customer service industry jobs are - helping people. Will never go back. This is why people shop online, to NEVER deal with sales people.

I wasn't impressed by the quality of merchandise exposed. It was a much cheaper version with visible defects and the prices were still the same as in a regular JCREW store which is not fair to their customers, knowing that most of it was from last fall fashion.
