Horrible customer service spent 2 hours with an unlicensed representative who kept misplacing and confusing my neatly prepared documents which were returned to me in disheveled condition, scanner was supposedly "broken" so everything had to be entered manually, which took even longer. The end result is I am deep in debt that I never had before nor did I expect. Nothing was intelligently explained to me and it cost me over $350.00 to be so insulted and injured

It's was a great experience but I feel we need to be more educated about what we can do to not owe the IRS and there should be a discount on the fees processed for loyal customers.

Always have to wait at this place, even though I always make an appointment. This last time I waited 45minutes to get my taxes done. The woman at the front desk was very nice and tried to check on what the wait was but I decided to just leave. For all I know I would have been there another hour without seeing anyone. Horrible!

Don’t go to this place they don’t help you and they charge a lot 471 for the service and I’m only getting 700 with a child is not worthy my friend went to other place we make the same amount of money in a year shes single no kids and she’s getting 3000 back

Caroline La Scala is the best she's very patient, kind, caring and she gets you the best return that you deserve. She has been doing my taxes for the last 4 years and I only let her do it. So if you go to h&r block in deer Park ask for her and your taxes will be done correctly ??❤️❤️

Just got a letter saying I was audited from NY State for a mistake that this place made while filing my taxes. Now I owe the IRS $800 and h and r block is not covering it.

BEWARE!! Stay away from the tax guy Joe !!!!!!!!!! I went in to do my taxes as soon as the receptionist told him his next client was there he rushed put the WRONG routing number for my bank and Now I have to wait a month or more for a check and he , Joe didn't even call to apologize because guess what off to the next client .. who cares
