Ladies at the register were unhelpful and apathetic when I asked about why a coupon (that would have saved me a decent amount of money) was not working. Took my business elsewhere and they were more then happy to help with my coupons and purchase.

This factory is not as versatile as the Gap outlets but adequate because the clothes are nice. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the merchandise. This Gap factory catered to all people: men, women, and children. Also, this Gap sells jewelry here even though the material of the jewelry may not be real gold or silver or stainless steel

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,Today I was shopping with my family and it was 7:30pm, manager shut down the fitting rooms, we wanted to try on clothes before buying, asked another representative but manager still refused to reopen fitting rooms.When the store closes at 9pm. Fitting rooms were open a few minutes before. Won’t shop here again. Very unprofessional.
