They have a good selection of clothes, but everytime I walk into this store I'm never greeted by any employees even if they're standing nearby, or even if I'm the only customer within the store. It's unfortunate because I'd shop there much more often if the employees had more customer service skills, but the entire vibe of the employees feel too cliquey and off for me to be a regular shopper here.

I was uncomfortable with having the store employee following me around and eyeing me like a hawk. Wouldn’t shop their again. I definitely didn’t feel invited or welcomed.

Nice-sized Francesca's and you'll find everything that all the others have but laid out. It's got your boho-chic clothes, kitschy gift ideas and trendy fare, but what makes this one king out of them all is the staff. I strolled in on a day that just so happened to have a $5 rack sale. Most of it was dresses... and swing season dresses, meaning you can wear them in multiple seasons which is my favorite way to buy clothes. I grabbed a ton off the racks and went to town trying everything on, and almost all of it were perfect fits. I tried on 2 things that weren't included in the sale and loved those as well. So much so that I ended up changing to them in the store after purchasing. The young lady at the register was a total doll and we chatted about the concert I was going to right after (hence the change) and she didn't wrap up that outfit so it would be easy for me to make the switch. Wonderful service and hell to the yes on that $5 rack sale, I walked out with like 10 dresses.

Was in the shop today and want to know the price of an untagged item. They just take the dress and don't want to give it back to me. Super rude staff... Normally they should be interested to sell there stuff.

Absurd discount/coupon policy made it nearly impossible to buy one item and receive any discount. Staff was apologetic, but unable to assist. Complete waste of time, because without a discount, it was not worth buying anything.
