These stars go to the wait staff, and them alone, who turned our event into a wonderful one! Besides that, everything about planning my daughter’s first birthday was terrible because of the banquet manager Rose. She is not easy to reach, ignores messages, sends calls to voicemail, and made my planning process so bad, that i actually had anxiety about attending our event. Long story short, we overpaid by ALOT (will never put money down before it’s due ever again, learned my lesson), and despite making some changes before the official due date, we were told our money was spent, under no circumstance will we be taking food home that we paid for, and we were out $600. She was unbelievably terrible to work with upon trying to figure this all out, and she refused/ignored my request to speak to someone else multiple times. I was not looking forward to our event at all, but the hall itself and the wait staff completely turned everything around for me. Our day was beautiful, my little girl had the most amazing time, the food was great, the service was phenomenal by all staff there, and above all, Rose didn’t show up. It ended up being a great day!

Nice location for a small event. Clean bathroom facilities. Outdated decor but still a good place for an event. Servers were very friendly. The bartender as well. Nice size dance floor. Ample parking. Easily accessible off the main roads and close to the Southern State Pkwy.

I am beyond happy with how professional, thoughtful and amazing the hall manager, Rose, the wait staff and bartender was for my baby shower last month! The hall is clean and beautiful, the packages are affordable, and the food was abundant. Rose was attentive and accommodating to all my requests. If I could make one suggestion, it'll be to provide more than 2 servers since I had a party of 80 but other than that I absolutely recommend this place. My family & I will definitely return for future events!

We had a surprise birthday party at the hall two weeks ago I’m still getting compliments regarding the atmosphere food and how nice the room was. The hall manager, Rose was professional attentive to my needs and she put together a perfect staff. Pricing was very affordable I highly recommend using this hall I know I will again

I had my daughters party there and was very disappointed with the service. The 2 servers had attitudes. And did whatever they wanted. They decided to start serving desert and we didn’t even si g happy birthday yet. I had to stop them before they cut my daughters cake. Then the way they do business is unreal, I paid for all the food and they decided to tell me I couldn’t take home any of the leftovers and that they give it to their members. So I paid for food for my guests and then their members. No other place works like this. I would not recommend doing parties here or you will lose out on so much money. And my daughter couldn’t even do her candle ceremony the right way bc they said it’s a fire hazard and would set off alarms so she couldn’t even blow out her candles. This was so aggravating.

Loved the staff everyone was helpful and accommodating from the bartenders the wait staff and the security great guys, would like to have had more setup up time but would definitely use again

The lady is very rude and not helpful at all i work with a baby and tried to come down to see the place after 5 or on my two days off and she wasnt trying to accomidate at all kept telling me afternoon times after i expressd multiple times i work til 5

My uncle Richard Bartels was a member for years, paid his dues volunteered for events, went to funerals for members who passed away. When he died June 4 2019 nobody from the knights showed. A few weeks later I brought my Aunt over to enquire as to why which they said they did not know, fine I accepted that, but they said someone would get in touch with my Aunt which I believe she got a phone call. You would think they would at least pay her a personal visit.

Nice hall. I threw my baby shower here. The food is decent id say a 3.5 out of 5. I wish the offered a tasting. Only issue was the temperature all my guest had to keep their coats on it was freezing! The pictures didnt come out as nice. I did inform the staff and they assured me the heat was on but i highly doubt it.
