Over the years I have found that they are caring & wonderful. When our beloved dog crossed the rainbow bridge a few weeks ago they were so compassionate. They made the extremely sad time a little better. Today I had to take my other dog in for a spinal injury and the Dr and vet tech were so sweet and caring with my baby. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Jen was super sweet and helpful! I love coming here because they don’t force you to do a bunch of unnecessary things just to get more money out of you it makes me feel like they truly care about my dogs health.

Very caring thoughtful staff. Dr. Su is amazing. They should have their own reality show. Very smart and loving doctor. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

I took my girl peeps to get fixed here. They were very nice and informative about her recovery and treatment needs. Very gentle and loving towards every animal i saw there. The staff is so friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Krandel and the entire staff were very welcoming and informative. I moved and my dog is a new patient. Had a new patient exam, all her vaccines and her teeth cleaned. The vet tech Elijah called the day after the procedure to see how my dog was feeling. I also lost my credit card that afternoon- thought I may have left it in the office. I called, and Susan actually went in the parking lot to see if it fell out of my car. Caring Dr. and staff. Highly recommend this practice.

I just got a new kitten she is only 10 wks old & this was her first vet appointment they were so gentle with her. Doctor was so nice & explained everything she doing & giving her. Definitely would recommend this place. It was a lil pricey but the care was worth it. Staff also was nice & friendly.

if you care about your pet this place is not for you. constantly forced to come for visit after visit and was charged time after time for simple answers. doctors wouldnt even recall the prior visit and seemed as if it was all new to them. DO NOT GO HERE.

Dr. Su, Nadia, the Front Desk Staff are all outstanding professionals and genuinely compassionate about their furry patients. They are a wonderful & accommodating practice. All of the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They squeezed my puppy in quickly (despite they are super busy) when every other Vet I called told me I'd have to wait atleast 3 months for an appt.

will never bring any future pets there. they play games and some, but not all, of the receptionists are rude and unprofessional especially Patty. will never deal with her again. she ignores you at the desk. asks personal questions and has a phony attitude. ive dealt with this practice for years and it will be coming to and end.

After searching for a new get l chose Dr. Chen at Deer Park animal Hospital. My dog and l were greeted at the door by a loving caring staff. Dr. Chen examined my dog and the nurse held my dogs paw as well as my hand through the exam. It has been 3 days since the visit and the medication has my Zeus feeling great. I received a call from the office following up on his wellbeing.If you are looking for a new Vet, definitely call Deer Park Animal Hospital. They are amazing!

The best on Long Island. I have been having issues with my senior fur baby and they were able to squeeze me in on short notice. The office staff, assistants and veterinarians are all very sweet, helpful and they all show each fur baby that comes in the office special attention. My fur baby has separation and he felt so comfortable here. I highly recommend this place they are just the best of the best!

My dog Cooper has been a patient here for over 10 years. There is literally no practice that I know of that’s better than this place! The receptionists at the front have been there since I’ve been attending and that alone, speaks for itself. They are friendly, helpful and compassionate; everything you would want in a practice.Recently, my dog was hit by a car from a hit and run. It happened over NYE break and unfortunately they weren’t open. I took my dog elsewhere for the emergency, and it was in that moment calling other places that I realized how amazing Deer Park Animal Hospital is. As my long time doctor for Cooper retired, we were directed to see Dr. Chen and I cannot tell you enough how AMAZING he is. He is giving Cooper a second lease at life. Cooper was unable to walk due to a broken hip and an ACL tear on his other knee (opposite leg). He scheduled him immediately for his first surgery and gave us hope that he will make a recovery.They are informative, friendly and caring. You will feel good about investing in your pets, here! Thank you for all that you guys have done for my Cooper. We love you!
