Absolutely the worse . This new automated system is terrible , can’t get someone on the line to inquire about my prescription. Had to leave two voicemails in the last 48hrs and have yet to hear from anyone .

Incompetent pharmacy department- takes forever to dispense medication pick ups. Had to wait 40 minutes on the drive through line just to hear incompetent pharmacy technician telling me that I needed to come inside as she can’t process my insurance at the drive through..

I don’t have a nice thing to say about this place, my apologies for the language prior. That old hag working the cash registers in the front with the arm tattoo, she realizes this is a CUSTOMER SERVICE job right? Because it didn’t seem like it. Then to talk to me like I’m dense and the machine not printing the receipt is my fault? Haha you’re funny it’s an instacart order i do at least 2 cvs orders a day i know how it works. Don’t assume I’m just slow or lazy when i have the patience to let your help the two you’re helping then I’m met with a rude and dismissive attitude when asked if you can print the receipt…it’s not my fault you’re lazy or rude but hey it is what it is i guess. A jobs a job do it to the best of your ability always don’t be like that old hag.

They sell invalid gift cards. Second time I've gotten a Google play card where it gives an error message and they refuse to refund your purchase. Don't give your business to them, let them go out of business instead.

Worst feeling when your daughter is home sick struggling, you desperately look up a 24 hour store to try and find relief only to realize the store is too stupid or lazy to put notice that they are actually not 24 hours anymore.

Why is the efficiency and productivity coming out of this pharmacy terrible for the last 15 years? Small family pharmacies need to comeback.If management looks outside the $$$ when conducting their metrics, and evaluate time to patient, this place is dead last. They may one day be held liable for not getting the medication to the patient needed in a timely fashion, which could seen lack of due care from the staff and negligent.

We booked a 10 pm vaccination for my kid. When we arrived, the staff said that they do not accept our insurance. We presented the insurance card and I informed the staff that it is not possible as I just got my own vaccine. A few minutes later, we were informed that yes, they found the insurance. Then, we waited for 20 min without any help. I went up to the check in desk, asking for update. I cannot believe that The pharmacist in charge gave us a full minute of saying how everyone else is more importance than we are and that he is the only pharmacist. He asked us to wait for additional 20 minutes without help!! I had to go to the check in desk for the second time!! This is when they finally helped after 40 mins of waiting for a vaccine for which we had an appointment in advance. What’s the point of having an appointment?I left the place, wondering whether the pharmacist could have handled this better. There is no reason why he should give any customer a full minute of taking down!The only bright side is that when the pharmacist came, his attitude is better than before. Maybe the CVS could have more staff?Overall, this was a horrible experience.

This is your standard CVS, with a pharmacy inside. Be aware that whether you go through the drive-thru or go inside, you will wait on a long line for the pharmacy.
