Save your money, it’s a ripoff. $20+ cover per person, several of the scanners for pictures were broken, messy displays, bare bones “mini golf” for an extra $5 per person, oh and a shop to spend even more money on nonsense. And something smelled bad. Just like all the other pop ups out there, it’s a total scam. I’d say whether or not the staff were polite, but I didn’t see any past the front desk.

A wonderful Christmas experience- my four year old enjoyed it immensely. The staff was friendly and the space was spotless. The event was large, but not overwhelming. Everything was geared for smaller children which was appreciated. Such attention to detail! The photos are included in the ticket price and you can take photos with your phone as well- even with Santa! The bakery had nice treats for the kids and adults.

Haven’t even gone yet but tried to email to get a group rate and no one ever answered. Tried calling the phone number to change the time of my tix and the phone number is not operational

"Some Of the lamest Xmas decor ever. The stuff is rude, the whole place is a joke. Waste my time drove all the way from queens. This place ruin my 2023 christmas mood.

Fantastic experience with the family, especially with little kids. The decor was beautiful, staff was great, and always offered to take pictures. And they make it so easy to use the photo booth so you can easily take family pictures in certain places. It was a bit pricey, but our toddlers loved it, so it was worth it, and except mini golf and treats, everything was included.

Very festive. Love the fact it is indoors. So my family and I were nice and warm. Staff was professional, courtesy, and offered to take pic with your camera. It was very interactive. We enjoyed the snowball throw pit thing. The scavenger hunt was pretty cool. One of my personal fav was the beach Santa. Great for kids and adults.
