Very bad experience, my new car was hit, it was the dealer who asked me to come here to repair it, and the insurance company paid about 💲8600 he said that it could be repaired in half a month, and it took me a month to repair it, and finally when I went to pick up my car, let me pay 💲300，and when I pick it up is very dirty, no clean it.He told me that the insurance company didn't include the 💲300 .why didn't tell me in advance?so I felt that they bullied me for not speaking English well, which was very unfair to me，Very disappointing service. This is called a disguised charge. If you choose this body shop to fix your car, please think carefully. The boss no give me a reasonable explanation.

Billy the Kid Collision is a great auto body repair shop. My repairs for my Lexus NX 300 took a little longer than expected however, I am very pleased with the outcome. Staff I spoke with were always courteous and professional. Billy picked my car up and also returned it to my driveway once finished! I highly recommend this shop. Thanks Billy!! Denise Myers
