I'm not one to do reviews. My son just told me how to do this. This place is ridiculous and horrible.. I too read reviews just now and opened a bank account with the bank across the street and I'm getting interest on my checking deposits. This place had me waiting over 30 mins just now and me and my son walked out. Do yourself a favor. Close your acct or you will face the dreaded branch if you live near here.

SEE UPDATESI closed all my accounts with them because the location in Deer Park is so horrible. Honestly. It's pathetic. Last time I was there they had me sit 45 mins to wait for someone to help me. 1 person there. Frankly a bank robber wouldn't even rob this place.2/5/24UPDATE: MOVED MY ACCOUNTS TO JOVIA ACROSS THE STREET AND IM GETTING 3.85% INTEREST ON MY CHECKING !!!!!! Where else can you get interest on your checking accounts???

Absolutely Horrible! I went to the bank around 12pm on a Friday and there was only 1 teller! Mind you, there were several other employees on the premises that could have assisted sooner to avoid the long line and wait time. There was 1 person being serviced, 4 people in front of me and 3 people behind me. I could not believe in the middle of the day that this was how business was being conducted. Once the employees realized the line was getting ridiculous, it was only then the surrounding associates decided to assist customers on the line. After the lack of consideration for everyone’s time, they had the audacity to apologize for the wait. As untrustworthy as ATM’s have become, I see why people prefer to use them rather than deal with the tellers. Extremely unreasonable!

On Friday October 13th, 2023, we stopped by to add a member to the business account as well as to open a personal checking account for that individual and to send an international wire transfer.Mr. Joshua Ramirez patiently processed everything and was extremely patient, kind, polite and helpful throughout the process which took a little longer than the their closing time.I would like to commend Mr. Ramirez for his professionalism, kindness and valuable assistance.Thank you Mr. Ramirez.

Terrible Communication. Have a business account and they hold thousands of dollars of my customers money and hold up job sites. Put in a check on 7/21 and was told money would be available on 7/25 and 7/28. Then without telling anyone they release no money until 8/1. How is anyone supposed to run a business that way

Horrible! The teller yelled at me for my phone not working. I had fraud happen to me and I had to get a new card. It’s been two weeks and I haven’t gotten a thing! She said I shouldn’t be using my phone I said that’s where you can see my card she wouldn’t let me withdraw my money. I have been a customer since 2008! I will no longer bank with them. The woman was Spanish and should be fired for her rudeness I left in tears

I came here to open a business account and due to covid, I was asked to come back another day. I made an appointment and the banker called to confirm the date and time. When I showed up I patiently waited, only to have the banker take another customer who waited without an appointment. When I confronted them about this they acted as if they were not aware.

This is always the slowest service bank. If you are expecting to see a teller plan on at least a half hour wait. They have many managers running around greeting you and only 1 or 2 tellers. They even put up decorations covering the extra teller locations . Please Elon open up real banking and disrupt another business they are in need of a good butt kicking
