Im sure I don’t have to post my experience as the several people on here have posted there experience about there customer service. This place is a joke and you should see how mad they get if you just want a refund without hearing the reasons as to why there order is messed up. This company has now dropped the ball twice after asking for me to trust them with another order. So I called back and the lady is completely unknowledgable about her job. Completely rude and says there is no one above her but the owner. Then I call back four times and what do you know I get someone else who isn’t the owner. Some tough guy that thinks telling people to come to New York and find out. This has got to be a family owned buisness where his wife runs the office. I wouldn’t recommend this place if they gave supply away.

Sent me a different blood glucose meter than I had ordered without even trying to communicate that ahead of time. They told me after the fact that it was compatible with the same test strips and it isnt. Also worth noting that the alternative meter they sent retails for about half of what I was going to buy my intended meter for on their website. Medicine is the worst place you can cut corners.

Order 4 bottles sterile saline solution which always have a 2 year shelf life. Received them with expiration in 3 months. I NEVER would have ordered them if I knew that they would expire and not be able to be used after 3 months. Company refused to issue a partial refund, refused to pay for any shipping fees and lost a customer due to their lack of consideration. Shame on them, I advise others to shop with another company!

Not quite sure what Tracy is saying... I felt they delivered very fast, when I called the store they were polite. Packaging was economic and snug ensuring to protect the items I bought. Great company in my opinion, will definitely use again.
